Staff are friendly, good breakfast, clean and price is fair

Very noisy all night, we were on bottom floor. People above us made noise all night. Told managers, they just smiled, hard to communicate because they didn't speak very good english. Never stay there again because of people running it.

My elderly parents stayed 4 night over New Years. They have really enjoyed the stay. Rooms were clean, well stocked - mini-fridge and microwave were very useful. Staff was super attentive and helpful. Breakfast - eggs, baked goods, yogurts, cream-cheese and even waffle-maker - was satisfying.

Clean. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Kinda sad I couldn’t bring breakfast back to my room for the family members that don’t like getting up early but I understand they don’t want people taking advantage and hording food from other guests. Safe looked busted so I didn’t use it but for the price I’d definitely stay here again. Also one of my rooms wouldn’t auto lock unless I pulled hard on the door to trigger the locking mechanism. I didn’t mind because I was in and out of that room like crazy but it’s something to be noted for future guests to check so you don’t think your door locked when you walk away and it might not have.

All the rooms are clean, the people are friendly.

I ended up at this hotel because Snoqualmie Pass was closed. I chose this particular hotel mostly because it was right across the street from one of my favorite cafe’s, Cottage Cafe. As for the room, It is a fairly large room. Has a spa tub which was really nice. The remote for the tv was broken and the hdmi cable to the back of the tv was partially pulled out so it wasn’t receiving any signal from the satellite box. Easy enough fix, if you know what to look for. The bed was subpar to the bed that I have at home, but what does one expect. I was only able to sleep for 2 hours, not sure if it was due to the comfort of the bed, or the stress of having to stay at a hotel unexpectedly, so that wasn’t great. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay for the night. I left at 3 am, so I didn’t get a chance to eat the breakfast that they offered. Almost forgot, there were also quite a few trains that went by, fairly close to the hotel blowing their horns. So just be aware of that.

The employees were friendly and help me with anything I needed .

The room has a carpet that had not been vacuumed in a long time, the bathroom tub has a line of dirt from a long time ago, the day the employee came in to clean, she only fixed the beds, the bathroom neither swept it nor mopped it. I always stay at Holliday Inn, but this time I was disappointed with the service

Great location, nice staff. The room was comfortable but dirty. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and the carpet didn’t look Iike it had been vacuumed very well. There were papers left on the floor next to the night stand from a previous guest which is why we knew the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed properly. Don’t think we’d stay here again because of cleanliness.

Staff listened but we found bed bugs!

I booked through Expedia. When I got to the hotel went through the normal check in. Got into my room it was dirty open electrical boxes, room had a smell to it. Staff was far from inviting. This place charged my card additional $165 for blood on a comforter. I have no cuts on my body and know for a fact it wasn’t from me. The front desk was argumentative about it. Do yourself favor do not book with these people

Comfortable, clean and convenient place to stay.

Quiet until the fire alarm sounded off at 7:30am. Apparently someone was heating up something in the microwave for too long and the smoke alarm got tripped with all the smoke.

Been here many times, always a great stay

This motel might be a good fit for working laborers, but challenging for older women.

Breakfast was very limited, not even any bread, peanut butter or toaster available. Coffee was terrible. Waffle batter was very thin and therefore did not cook properly.

I appreciated the microwave in the room.

Front desk staff not very welcoming- hallways could use a vaccuum. Coffee in the room better than the breskfest pump coffee - Dog friendly- great area behind to walk the dog. Great location - well lighted parking lot. Overall clean - wish we had a more welcoming experience from staff- a smile - a good morning goes a long way..

Pride shows. This older motel is being upgraded beautifully. Front desk young man is naturally friendly & helpful to this old couple.

Bugs in our room, spiders, dirty/dingy room, fridge didn’t work, and I physically witnessed their cleaning staff burn inscense in front of the room fans to mask the smell, hair in the bed. We cancelled our reservation after the first night and moved to a different hotel 30 miles away. And then on top of it, staff refused any sort of refund because we “didn’t complain early enough” Horrible- don’t waste your money

Convenient to roads, clean. 5AM train. No elevator. Not very helpful staff.

A call to the property, prior to our arrival, was answered by someone who does not understand English.

Quality may be in their name, but that’s the only aspect of quality this property offers. We needed and booked a room with 2 queens and a sofa bed. While the property mentioned this two-story facility had stairs only, the room arrangement we requested did not disclose it was located on the second floor rendering it not accessible to one member of our party. Staff did accommodate us with a smaller first-floor room with a roll away saying they would “comp” the normal additional cost. Really nice of them! The room had a lot of "deferred maintenance" with stained carpeting, well-worn bedding, a missing safety latch, reversed hot/cold water faucets, exposed utility brackets in the bathroom, and a slow-draining toilet requiring me to plunge several times.

Had to change rooms, our first room smelled like urine. But staff changed our room immediately.
