We stayed one night and arrived later than expected. I called the hotel and made sure that I could check in after midnight. Jarrett/Jared was so polite and easy going about it made it so easy. I was very surprised and pleased since many other hotels are not that way.

The room was very comfortable. Walls are a little thin. Young lady at the front desk was great! She was very friendly and helpful making our check-in quick and seamless. Food at the hotel was good and aesthetically pleasing. Parking was very convenient. No issues connecting to wifi for a zoom meeting.

A couple bad things were the thermostat did not work all night and it got too warm in the room. The sink did not drain properly and the shower wand did not work at all. I wish they offered two types of pillows. The ones they had were about two feet thick. Killer on my neck so did not use a pillow at all.

I stayed here for my birthday and chose it bc it had a spa and also boasted a golf cart to take you around the shops. When I checked in they told me the spa was broken and also there was no water for the entire hotel meaning I couldn’t wash my hands or even go to the bathroom! It was raining so we called down to the desk to get a golf cart ride, nope he’s o my there in weekends! I ordered a salad and it had a bug in it! They comped the salad but honestly that was the least they could do! I would have chosen a different place to stay if I had known all this beforehand.

This property is very clean, well maintained with friendly staff and excellent service. It has an excellent beautiful location, surrounded by a variety of entertainment, shops and restaurants all within walking distance. We stayed at this location during Christmas as we met with family members and were so impressed that we would definitely return. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel but every F150 was broken into in their parking lot. Of course they have no cameras or security. The staff new exactly what it was when i asked them about cameras...

Beautiful hotel and perfect location. Easy parking and great door man service. Only issue we had was cleaning lady ignored sign on door because her sheet said we were checking out and we had another night. It was addressed by management promptly and handled correctly. We will definitely stay there again.

The Westin has the most comfy bedding and pillows!! The location is perfect for shopping and restaurants.

Arrived early due to Longhorn game starting at 2:30pm and gentleman who checked me in was most gracious. Although room I originally wasn't available, he was able to get me a comparable room at no additional charge. View wasn't great, but considering we weren't in the room over half the time, it was more than satisfactory and very much appreciated. Top marks all around for this hotel. Would very much stay here again when visiting Austin.

Very welcoming. We arrived late Friday from Dallas and attended music festival Saturday in Austin. Got great event parking advice from ladies at front desk at check in.

Great hotel with plenty of retail and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. If someone is into shopping and fine dining, this would be a one-stop stop. On the other hand, the traffic getting to the hotel was thick. Clean and classy hotel. Friendly staff. Great amenities. The only negative (besides the traffic) was that the ice machine on the floor was out of order. But, other than that, I’d definitely stay here again!

I have there for checkin @5 pm and they say my room was not ready and have to wait for 30 minutes in lobby after checkin. I felt so uncomfortable despite of booking in advance room was not ready. I definitely rate 0 for their service

Beds are comfortable, sheets are scratchy and awful. Breakfast is mediocre, and service terrible. Front staff was friendly and efficient. Parking not so much!
