Very clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast. Very nice lobby and nice view of pikes peak.

Our room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was good, although I only had yogurt and cereal. I really can't speak for the hot food. Jeff at the check in desk was friendly and helpful.

We stayed one night. The bed was very soft and had a dip in the middle. Could have used another pillow and a heavier blanket. The bath towels were soft and nice. The room and bathroom were very clean. Day staff was very cheerful. The night clerk was a bit cranky and let us know she was tired when ringing us up for snacks. Asked if she’d be the one we’d ask for another pillow and she said no. Breakfast was amazing… omelets, sausages, waffles and potatoes. Lots of other options too!

Staff was very friendly. A comment was made that made us worry if we were in a safe area. Tub was dirty! Hair & chunks in it. Toliet clogged & we found someone's slippers beside one of the beds. Felt very uncomfortable & wondered how dirty everything was. This was one of the most expensive places here in town and we were very disappointed.

It was an overall very good stay and the hotel staff was very pleasant, the only thing I had a problem with was I kept a sore neck the whole stay due to the very poor quality pillows on the bed.

I wouldn't stay here again. The beds were uncomfortable and the AC struggled to cool the room. House keeping started knocking on doors at 8:30 am. After a long day of driving and a time change we were trying to get some rest. Our door was broken and had to be slammed for it to close.

Great stay from check in to check out.
Front Desk man was informative, told us about the Texas T Bone restaurant down the road from the hotel which was amazing and friendly to the pocket book. Room was clean and very modern.
Will definitely stay again when in town.

My wife appreciated the handicapped bathroom room with two queens on the 3rd floor since she has some lower back issues. We were also appreciative of the handicap parking areas close to the front door. The breakfast was very nice too. Best Western delivers a nice hotel experience always.

Room was mostly clean, the pool and hot tub need to have the water changed. Walls were thin and you could hear people in the hall and on the floor above. Sheets didn't feel very new or clean. Seems like an older property. The breakfast was good. Lots of selections. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

Hotel was clean and breakfast was good. However, the bed was terrible. Need new mattresses in the worst way!! Checked into the hotel at 11:30pm and was up and ready to get out of that bed by 6:00am.

The room was clean. Beds were ok. I thought they sat up higher than normal. The pool was great. The breakfast wasn’t very good! They didn’t have what they said on the sign for breakfast. Other then that was a great stay!
