This hotel was just ok. The only issue we had was that the room was just way too small to allow much comfort.

Comfortable suite, good bathroom (Sink and shower good size and position), comfortable bed.

The breakfast consisted of eggs and a meat served on a paper plate with plastic knives and forks. No hotel restaurant or bar, however the hotel was located a 2 min walk from these facilities.
Plenty of free parking and coffee always on hand in the breakfast area.
Rooms have a fridge, microwave and large TV, so a comfort room.
The hotel is convenient for the local bars and restaurants.

Since the first interaction, the treatment from the staff was exceptional. They make you feel like a 5 star hotel. Place was cery clean and the breakfast on point. We most definitely will come back.

The first one they gave me the key did not work to let me in. When I returned to the desk they assigned me a different room with that key which did work however by evening I realized that my socks were becoming soaked because the carpet on the floor of the room was soaked (with what I don't know...and that is the worrisome part). So I went down in my wet socks and asked for another room which they gave me and since it was evening I was exhausted and ready to go to bed. However I turn down the sheets only to find the bed in that room had a brown stain on the bottom sheet. Just one disappointment after another. Needless to say I doubt I will be staying here again!

Very comfortable. Repeat visit. Very impressed. There was snow overnight and when I went out in the morning they arranged to have someone clean cars! I was very impressed! Gave gentleman handsome tip! It was very helpful. I have never seen that anywhere I’ve stayed. It was just great!!! Also, very nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Good restaurant across the road and down the road.

Room very small. outside noise (was on 5th floor ) so loud made it seem windows open) I realize the staff has no control on that. I expected more from Marriott Ice machine not working however room fridge froze drinks placed inside overnight I guess that equals it out. Generally disappointed not what I expected

The overall stay was positive- the staff was friendly and the bed we had was very comfortable. (Mattress was very comfy and the sheets were very clean, but also scratchy.) The free breakfast was ok- the usual fare. I prefer going out to get a hot meal myself, but this will do.The Hotel is situated in a great spot- you can walk to some wonderful places like the whaling museum, the Bethel chapel with Herman Melville's pew, adorable little stores, and the ferry to Nantucket is right there as well. I would recommend the Black Whale for dinner. Excellent staff and food.

This hotel is by far one of the best overall I've stayed at and I've stayed at quite a few. I like to go on little staycations with my daughter. And because of my severe big anxiety, I'm always searching for bed bugs or other signs of insect infestations at hotels and this place was completely clean. On top of that everyone was extremely pleasant. The halls were quiet at night at a different stay at another chain, I had to call the police because they were so belligerent but I genuinely had a very nice relaxing time with my daughter. It was much needed.

The facility and the room are clean, I'll can say that, and the bed comfortable, but the private rooms have the most dismal decor and lighting. Granted, this is not luxury hotel, but basic features like wall color, fixtures, furniture - it's alll done on the cheap and it looks it. The lighting is chilly and off-putting, instead of warm and friendly. I can understand if I were paying $150 a night, and I know hotel pricing is based on demand, but $350 a night??? Lucky I only needed a one night stay.
