This hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was excellent

Overall experience was good. Family enjoyed the clean room but the smart TV could not be connected to any phone or tablets with or without HDMI. Also the room could use more 🗑️ and trash bags. Friendly staff.

Some mold in the bathroom, other than that, clean, safe, and comfortable.

Hotel was great - newly renovated. Only drawback was its right off Route 66 so you hear traffic but it was ok sleeping.

I wouldn’t stay here again. Rooms were kinda old. We were placed in the first room right next to front desk lobby, a group was staying at the hotel. The parents were watching their kids “ding dong ditch” my room door. I had to open it twice and yell. Then walk the 20 ft or so to the front desk to tell them to handle it. They saw what was going on while it was happening and did nothing. I would never stay here again.

TV did not work correctly,there was no remote in the room but one was brought up by the front desk. It would not turn on the tv or adjust the volume. I had to turn on the tv from the panel on it.

Service by all staff was great. Loved the pool hours, buffet breakfast and frig in room. Bedding was comfortable. Loved the soap pumps in the shower. Trap in sink did not close and bathroom door wouldnt stay open.

From the moment we walked in I knew I wasn't going to truly enjoy my stay, but we were just staying one night and were going to be out early in the morning. Outside the doors to the front of the hotel smelled like a designated smoking area. The vestibule and lobby area smelled, too but more like aggressive cleaning chemicals, perhaps to mask the smoke smell? I work in human services and equate the smell to a homeless shelter trying to stay clean although its inhabitants were unkempt. The room would have been fine if but there the heating system was loud, the bed was uncharacteristically uncomfortable. It was lumpy and felt like the mattress had been overused and needed replacing. The bathroom, oh boy. When you turn on the light, the fan started up and sounded like a broken helicopter trying to takeoff. The door needed to be propped open because it was too heavy which felt unsafe because the fan was so loud, we weren't sure if it was a danger to be in the bathroom with the door closed. We decided not to even go in the shower because it was extremely grimy and covered in soap scum or mold. We tried to wash up in the sink, but it backed up and held water almost to the top. Some of the towels were stained with yellow which was just vial. I was so happy to leave in the morning, even though I hadn't had any coffee because the only pods left in to use with the machine were decaf. This was a huge disappointment and I wish we hadn't relied on the Holiday Inn brand for this stay.

Hotel was average, breakfast was above average. very pricey for a stay at a Holiday Inn Express is my biggest complaint. Will not stay here again because of the high price!

Beautiful, clean, friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

The toilet in the room was broken. Someone tried to fix it, but it wasn't fixed. It only sporadically flushed. The fitness room is a bad joke. It is filthy. There are no sanitary wipes. The TV doen't work. The water cooler is empty. The hallways and staircases are poorly maintained and dirty. The room was reasonably clean. The breakfast was good.

Very close to our local reason for staying in Neptune. Close to the beaches.

Until Sunday night, the stay was great. There was a water break somewhere and our room was flooded. I have to say the staff (Ingridia) that handled the flood was wonderful. She did everything in her power to make sure we were taken care of. A bad situation not so bad because of good staff. We were given another room, the cost removed for that night, and we finished our stay happy. A bad situation wasn't as bad as it could have been because of caring staff. And I even got to finish watching the CHIEFS game!

Very nice easy hotel to get to

The hotel was very clean and well kept. The room was a great size, beds extremely comfortable. The breakfast area was very clean and well stocked. The only negative was the price was very high for a one night stay.

It was a short weekend. The place was nicer than others places that I stayed at, but the doors need to be fix so they don't slam.

The rooms was cleans. the breakfast was delicious and variable food. excelente breakfast.

The smell in the lobby was awful. The custodial staff were very nice. Room was clean and I felt safe in the hotel. The bed was very comfortable.

The property was dirty - especially our room. Dirt in corners, dirty shower, and dirty towels. There was actually hair on the towels. Not staying here again.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was ok, but somethings ran out (was a busy holiday weekend though). Pool was a bit small but fine for a one night stay. Hallway was noisy early on the morning but we were right by elevator.

Very friendly and quick service

I stayed at this property with my toddler recently and had a terrible check in experience. I checked in with no problem, went to the room and started getting unpacked, when all of a sudden a man who’d checked in just after me used a key card and entered my room. Both obviously confused and realizing a mistake had been made, I called the desk and was rudely told I was supposed to be in a different room. I told the gentleman at the front desk that my envelope had the number of the room I was currently in (plus the key had worked, so obviously I was in the room I’d been assigned). He told me I had to come down to get my new key. I explained that I’d already used the bathroom including soap and a towel and started unpacking, but he insisted I come down to get a new key. So I hauled my 8 month pregnant self and all of my luggage down to the lobby to get my new key. I was offered no apology or explanation. Additionally, the wifi didn’t work and when I called to ask he basically just told me to try again. All in all, the property itself seemed clean and well maintained, but the customer service was some of the worst I’ve encountered.
