We had a geeat trip. Everything from our room to the heated pool was clean. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good. The hotel is in a really good location too! We would definitely go back for another visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The family and I enjoyed our stay for the weekend! The room was plenty big enough for the 5 of us! Hotel employees were so kind! Definitely staying here on our next trip to Nashville!

Hotel service was great! The gentleman who greeted us was helpful and nice! The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. Went with my family and we all enjoyed our stay. My kids loved the pool and my husband enjoyed the gym. Breakfast was also an included plus!!!

Outstanding service with top notch customer service. Really nice hot breakfast and a large variety of breakfast items. Big spacious room with king size bed and hot showers.

When we arrived into town, someone with me had gotten sick on the trip. We arrived early to our room to see if we could check in early so he could lie down and rest. The lady at the front desk was very nice and asked us to go into our room early because it was already ready. He was able to test for the remainder of the evening and start feeling better. I'm so thankful

Breakfast was mundane and not diabetic friendly. I asked if they had sugar free syrup
and was told no. I thought the coffee was sub par.Entryway had strong smell of bleach, so I knew it was clean but the smell was far from appealing. Everything else was excellent

Clean, large, new, nice. We enjoyed staying here, swam in the indoor heated clean pool. They had wonderful breakfast and refreshments. They are renovating outside to make it even better. Thank you!

it was an excellent stay. hotel was great pool was chilly but not cold. bed was hard (i like a soft mattress) breakfast was delicious will definitely recommend to anyone going out to TN

Quick trip to the Nashville area. The hotel was very clean! Room was spacious. Breakfast was pretty good too! Only down fall I have is toilet seat was super loose and wobbly and one of the key cards we had didn’t work the whole time. I even got them to reprogram it and it still gave us problems. Not sure If it’s the lock itself or the key. Would def stay here again

Easy to miss the entrance to the parking lot. There needs to be a bigger sign at the entrance so you don’t drive right by it or have to slam on the brakes at the last minute. Exiting the property was another adventure. Very difficult to see the cats coming up over the hill and around the curve. Hard to judge which lanes the oncoming cars were traveling in.

While some accessible rooms struggle to actually accommodate wheelchairs we found this room to be quite well done. Large with lots of floor space to maneuver and a sturdy shower chair. Accessibility isn’t missed at the pool either with a chair entry available.

The property was in a quiet area and near a few dining options. The rooms were nice and clean. Staff was friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was that housekeeping only came to clean the room once and didn’t get a chance to clean but they never returned the whole entire stay. Otherwise I would stay here again.

Great place. I think they are still working on things. Upgrades but nice stay. The air conditioning is probably on its last leg. But it did work for the most part. All in all. Would stay there again.

Great hotel. Very clean. Excellent front desk staff. A bit hard to get out of with busy road out of driveway. Only complaint-not enough lighting in room that was handicap accessible.

It was a nice hotel with a decent breakfast bar. What made our experience a little unpleasant was only that the sink was semi plugged and the bathtub. So when we used the sink (which was a lot) it was filled half way up with nasty dirty water as we washed hands, face and brushed teeth. Gross! And the tub was a little plugged but not as bad. It seems to me the cleaning people would have easily notified that if they cleaned sink and tub properly.

Place was clean and well equipped. I didn’t see any roaches like many reviews mentioned. The water pressure is insanely high, made washing sand and stuff off very easy. The a.c worked extremely well. The only thing I did not like was the fact that the elevators do not come into the lobby

Room was clean& the staff went above & beyond yo assist. Check-in was a mess. The front desk staff could not find my Expedia reservation. However, the staff member worked with Expedia by phone for 30 minutes & resolved the reservation issue. Thank you for the extra effort!
