Terrible shower. The water barely came out with no pressure. Couldn’t wash my hair. The easy chair was all ripped up and looked ready for the junk pile. The room was very clean but not one trash can in sight and was told we had to dump our own trash at the end of the hall. That was disturbing. We were also told we would be fined if we placed our trash outside of our room. We won’t stay here again.

Well the good..it was doable. BUT no hospitality service—meaning the staff are NOT welcoming—quite the contrary. Walls are tissue thin with banging and thumping constantly. No towel service—you have to bring towels down, they count them, and give you towels back. ONE small garbage can. Sheets are cheap and blankets are tissue thin. Room wasn’t vaccumed with crap on floors. BREAKFAST INCLUDED was a JOKE. Coffee and at the checkin Nutragrain bars or a small packaged muffin—$3.00 bottled water. Checkout was a joke. The girl was in the break room for awhile then came out. Would not give me a receipt “Expedia will send it to you”. Shower was a dribble and water pressure was ridiculous. Avoid this hotel. We will never stay here again.

Super clean. Loved the little mini kitchen. Very comfortable and quiet

This property got the job done for a reasonabke price. A "leather" chair waa stripped of the leather which mafe the room tacky, the tub floor was worn which made it look dirty and the grab and go brrakfaat had one option, muffins, and no coffee. However, it waa clean and we felt secure.

Our stay was good

No maid cleaning service. Floor was sticky. Bathroom sink had cracks and shower was leaking.

The room smell really bad and the carpet have grease

Got to the hotel late from driving with my child only to find out the hotel had canceled my rooms and gave them to someone else so me and my family had to sleep in our cars when asked why they were canceled ramone would not give a reason or a solutions!

Hotel was easy to find, rooms were nice, but the hotel smelled musty, which was only con. Room was clean and well stocked.

Awful place

The room looked good and was clean, but it was noisy from our neighbors around us and above us. Also, we expected more of a grab and go breakfast. There was no milk and only sweetened creamers for coffee. The choice of foods was an oatmeal packet or 2 types of muffins. All I was able to have was a decaf coffee. We were expecting at least hard boiled eggs, and better yet we would have appreciated a packaged breakfast burrito to microwave or other protein based breakfast item that is microwaveable, as we have seen that with other chains for grab and go. No fruit was available either. So totally disappointed in the grab and go breakfast. Our disappointments then are with a noisy room and lack of breakfast items to grab and go.

Can’t believe they only have small muffins for breakfast..went to McDonald’s which is thankfully about 7 mins away by car..staff not too informative when you check in. You have to ask for details like WiFi, etc…

It was awesome clean and quiet. We enjoyed it very much! Very impressed for the price!!!

I stay here every time I come to Lawton. I will say the only thing about it is sometimes the beds are not very comfortable but they are still good if that makes sense.

Location is convenient.

The tub was so dirty stained then it had hair in the tub. I had to put a towel in there. The stool have black around the inside. They need to provide customers cleaning products. Other than the stay was nice.

When I arrived a sign said to call 0 if checking in. There was not a phone in site. I had to walk around and only when another guest tried to locate the registration clerk for me. It was tattered. All but 1 were broken hangers, flat old pillows, old thin bedding, a large hole on the (p)leather chair arm without any (p)leather, the towels were like thin rags. Brian is excellent, he was polite & keeps it very clean in common areas. After 1 night I paid to go to another hotel. You have to go down and ask for a coffee pot or anything for the kitchenette. If you want new towels, they ask you to turn them in to get a new set(?) The owner needs to invest in the property: new carpet, bedding, towels, furniture,

My husband and I went to Oklahoma/Fort Sill to witness our daughter graduate from Basic Training. First, yes I did book a stay here, but was not allowed to check in because of the time of our arrival. My husband and I arrived in Oklahoma City late because we had a nighttime flight and we were extremely exhausted because we had to drive over an hour just to get to this hotel. When we arrived, it was well after midnight, that wasn’t our fault but I do understand. The gentleman at the front desk told us that the night audit was done for the night so we could not check in UNLESS we paid $25 an hour until 11:00 am the next day. The nighttime audit was done but he was still willing to take my money, which would have been well over the price that I paid on the website! I said absolutely not! Second, there were unsavory-looking characters just hanging out in the lobby and the area wasn’t the best. So we left. We ended up staying at the Apache Casino Hotel and it was beautiful and in a much nicer area.

First, A room was reserved 17 days in advance that was supposed to be a handicapped accessible suite, upon arrival no such rooms were available. Room that was given to us didn't even have grab bars at tub or toilet. Second, upon check in you must sign a contract that at their discretion they can charge you extra for this thing or that and you release your rights to arbitrate these charges. Third, the motel advertises that they have breakfast available. That consisted of a muffin and cup of coffee. When I questioned staff they replied "Well the website states a 'Grab &Go' breakfast. (Gotta love the fine print). They didn't even have a coffee maker in the room. Fourth, they advertise FREE wifi, however this wifi doesn't get you anywhere; you have the option to pay for extended Wi-Fi, which I did and I still was not able to stream YouTube TV, or videos from other apps. Luckily I have unlimited data and that worked just fine. This was supposed to be a four night stay, luckily Expedia was able to negotiate a refund for the last three nights and we were able to change motels.

The room had a bad grease smell - similar to old fryer oil, which was rather unpleasant. The bathroom floor was very slippery; so much so I almost fell. It was as if someone spilled grease or cooking oil and it wasn’t properly cleaned. Also, the complimentary coffee was horrible. I travel over 100 days a year so not the best place I’ve stayed at but certainly not the worst.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and quiet. I had small issues in that the chair for the desk in my room was broken and would not raise and the blow dryer didn’t work. Those are inconveniences and I can understand how no one might know, without being told. However, I was a little unsure/nervous when I left in the morning. I left at 3:30 am and upon entering the lobby, there was a person sleeping there. I don’t know if it was a homeless person that got in or the front desk attendant because they were no where around, but it was a little unsettling. There were not issue from it, aside from me not being comfortable and despite that, I would stay here again.

Our room had roaches! It smelled terrible; the only reprieve was keeping the window open. Running the AC created a terrible smell. We found multiple roaches in both bathroom and the kitchen/bed area. The only reason we did not leave was all the higher quality hotels in the area were booked. Very disappointing stay.

Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Only complaint it that the towels were small and thin. Other than that it was all good. Can definitely recommend Jimmy's Egg for breakfast!

Between dirty carpet and dirty bathroom with the ceiling fan full of dust! I have not mention the homeless guy sleeping in the front desk with your employees on their devices behind the counter so people can’t see! Very disappointing to stay at a place that services muffins & coffee ONLY!
