I booked this hotel mainly for its airport shuttle. Even though there’s only one to the airport in the morning, they went above and beyond to help and accommodate me. The room was massive and provided absolutely lovely views.
I do have tattoos so they had to be covered when entering the bath.
The building is old and smells of moisture, which I think comes with running an onsen. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much.

The staff showed hospitality all the way, a front desk lady took us to our room that had hot water ready for our tea and snack, and showed us the room, very kind and professional. The hotel provides traditional Japanese breakfast buffet - it is just so wonderful. We enjoyed our stay.

Stayed in a Japanese style room with tatami floor, and side room with 2 beds. Very spacious and nice view of little garden.
Chose half board and the Japanese style dinner was very tasty, served in traditional partitioned areas for semi-private dining. Similar to a tasting menu with lots of small dishes and courses.
Onsen area was lovely and relaxing. Indoor and outdoor onsen plus sauna.
