This unique, family owned, home feel hotel is a hidden gem. Its like staying at grandmas house. The hosts are super friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The price was great, perfect location to check out down town if you dont mind about a mile walk. Next time I stay in Grants Pass I will stay again!

I felt at home here. Travelling alone, it was all the room i needed. It was clean. The people who run the place are nice, and don't bother you. It was quiet enough with the fan on. I hope to stay again on my next visit. Thank you

Gorgeous and unique motel experience. Well maintained and superbly decorated rooms. Conditions were clean and cozy, and the staff were very helpful and kind.

We were greeted by the granddaughter of the owner of the hotel. Very nice offering her assistance if needed. When you pull up it looks like something out of the past a quaint nostalgic hotel,walking inside is the same-just like your Grandmothers home! Not commercial furnishings. Glass wine goblets w/a cork screw on a vintage metal tray- coffee mugs ( not paper cups!) fridge microwave

We just stayed for a quick overnight on our way to northern Oregon. We arrived past check in hours so the hotel made arrangements for us to get into our room even though the office was closed. We were able to access our room without any problem. The room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. We would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

The outside looks slightly dated but hides a treasure of a room. The bathroom is a large size and the 2 queen beds are inviting and comfortable.
The added touch of silverware and glasses at the small table helped bring a welcome feel to the room.
My kids and I were presently surprised and recommend this hidden gem

Friendly and helpful staff, charming well-maintained older motel, fair prices. Late both nights there were women talking at length nearby - so I had to turn on the fan to drown that out and to get back to sleep.

Very neat and clean room. Attractively decorated in a personnel, home-like way. Felt like we were staying in a friend's nice home. Obviously an older business, but that added to the charm. Lovely, helpful owners. Dog friendly room options. If looking for a non-corporate, more unique experience for you stay, this place is it. Will definitely stay again.

The pillows were flat and hard. But I have a preference and I usually have my pillow with me. Unfortunately for me, I forgot it. The room was beautiful, clean and accommodated with everything needed. Thank you for the service.

Love this place. Homemade blueberry muffins and cherry tarts. YUM. My personal issue was the bed was too firm for my liking. Will be staying again.

This is a family owned property and the owners try hard to make things nice for the guests. Each room is decorated individually in a very homey way. However, the property is an older motel and signs of wear can be seen. The bathroom could use a refreshing (new linoleum, paint) and still has the old fashioned plastic shower cubical.

Very unusual property - vintage Hispanic decor very entertaining and sweet. Owner and grand-daughter quite congenial and accommodating. We only stayed overnight on a roadtrip but it was memorable!

This is an older place but it has real charm. Quietest place we have stayed in for a long time! We had a unit with a full kitchen with a better set up than a recent BnB which cost twice as much!
We’ll be back whenever we return to the area.

The actual hotel property was nice, but we have a trailer that had to be parked out on the road and the surrounding neighborhood is very sketchy. There were two broken glass pipes (that were probably used to smoke meth) on the ground in front of our truck, a homeless guy and his dog sleeping in a car, and homeless activity up and down the street throughout the night. My husband didn't feel safe leaving our trailer and vehicle unattended so he slept in the truck all night.

If you want a basic, relatively inexpensive place to stay the night, this place fits the bill. The people that run the office are very nice and helpful. The room was clean and had nothing fancy about it. Just what i needed.

The room was tiny and the floor was filthy. My wife had to wipe it down with a washcloth before walking barefoot on it. Air conditioner was noisy and didn't seem to work properly on auto. Kept waking us up through the night. Traffic noise as well. Would not recommend.

2 bedrooms work very well for two male travelers in leu of 2 beds in one bedroom. Everything was freshly painted & clean!!

Wonderful little motel. Room was just as advertised; beds were very comfortable. Best of the motels I have stayed in on this trip (6 nights, 6 motels). Highly recommended and I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Grant Pass.
