Very friendly staff and I liked that they were per friendly. Room was clean and liked there was a kitchenette in the rooms. Hotel is also near a lot of different restaurants and stores.

The stay was great, the service at the counter is excellent. The room was ok, the bathroom is very small and the shower was great.

Very nice clean and somewhat comfortable. By this, I mean, that when I went to bed I sat at the side of the bed, and it felt like I was going to fall off. Too tired to look so in the morning I noticed that the mattress was moved to the left side of the bed and about a foot off the frame. Guess when they made the bed they didn't put it center.

It was a great stay, very clean. My daughter wants to go back . We stayed because we had no power due to power outages from a local storm

Check in was fine, not overly friendly, just moving through the motions. The room was ok, not exactly the clranest with lint balls all over and the fridge exterior was greasy with handprints. I was not given the wifi code so I did not receive any wifi. Breakfast was mediocre and I would not stay again. Glad it was just one night.

No waffle batter on first morning, said they couldn’t make more then more people showed up and she made a little more , 2 nd morning coffee machine “ out of order” , what? No coffee? Ughh

Great clean room. Very comfortable pillow top beds. We had to cancel our last night and front desk was so helpful in helping with our refund from Expedia. Thank you Abmi for great service.

In my case me and my family are PCSing to Texas. They allowed my dog to stay with us and she was not necessarily small. My mother in law was there with us even know she had her own room they greated us with a smile. They always willing to help, and was very patient as i was in and out the door handling what i have left to do on FOR LEONARD WOOD. I THANK THEM very much in my ti.e of need.

Could use a deep cleaning the elevator and hallway had an oder and the bead skirt walls had dirt marks. Otherwise staff was nice and the close parking was a plus.

I really like that it has a tiny kitchen with a big real fridge. It basically has everything we need and not have anything we don’t need. Perfect.

The staff was friendly enough and helpful to provide extra blankets as we had a group of 6. The room was dated and older with a handicap shower that was tough to use for non handicap guests. Water sprayed everywhere. The couch bed was thin and may need updated as it was very tough and felt like springs all over. But it got the job done. The proce was right and location was great.

Property is easy to access off of the freeway but there is nothing to eat within walking distance. Easy check in and the front desk personnel were friendly. Pet friendly and lots of walking room at the rear of property.

The room was outstanding, very comfortable bed and quality bedding. Nice kitchenette….only thing that made it a “4” was the bathroom. Very tiny sink with no counter space. Short toilet.

We got a suite at a great rate. It had a separate door from the hallway into the living room/kitchen area than the one into the bedroom which we thought was cool, and 2 bathrooms! Everything was comfortable and quiet within the hotel, but for 2 adults who live on a quiet street, the road noise was a problem and woke us up a few times. If you live in town, it would probably be fine for you. Nice breakfast and fine service.

We only needed sleep & breakfast & both were adequate. Got a rollaway for third person: very tight fit in room & spring structure very uncomfortable. Hotel staff were very helpful & pleasant. Guests using breakfast were very messy & did not clean up after themselves. The hotel was booked full & staff kept very busy with replenishing breakfast & did an amazing job. Very tight fit for so many people in dining area at same time.

Everything was pretty good the only issues i had was the sofa bed linen was dirty and had small hairs on it so i asked front desk for fresh sheets that i put on myself, tbe king bed linen was clean on top but when you pulled tbe sheets back they were very dirty not happy with that. If they could change there sheets Everything would have been great

The ladies at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful every time I stopped by. The room size and condition was phenomenal, especially for the price! Will definitely stay again.
Please for the love of those with fragrance allergies, stop using that horrendous smelling cleaner on the floors. It gave me an instant migraine walking into the lobby. It was so overwhelming I had to go outside. The outside could use some upkeep. Rust on the walls and trash in the parking lot.

Overall stay was okay. The linens were dirty with black scuff marks and the second floor hallway smelled constantly like a fast food restaurant. It was never really quiet as I could hear footsteps on the floor above us and every door in the hallway opening and closing. Breakfast was okay, but convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful, but they never answer the phone if you try to call them. This hotel is great for the price and if you’re staying for only one night.

We chose to stay here due to the reviews and price. Very disappointed with the overall cleanliness of our rooms! Horrible smells on second floor, foyer had over powering room spray, saw two bugs in one room. Was able to get both our rooms moved to the third floor. Not any better there. Floors were dirty! Bathroom had hair in tub and along base tile. Everything just felt and looked dirty. Will not stay there again.
