Having been duped by Ryan Air that Dusseldorf Weeze was near Dusseldorf ( 1.5 hours travel by courtesy bus and train) and then by Expedia that the Hotel was in Dortmund (it was as far as the search was concerned) we ended up in the Restaurant and Hotel Haus Kehrenkamp at Hagen some 30 miles away from Dortmond our destination. However, we actually found a jewel in the crown as it was a great Hotel with a fantastic restaurant and although little English is spoken we were made to feel very welcome and had some superb meals there. The room was more than adequate, clean and quiet. If you are going to Holland then Weeze is a good destination but otherwise wait until Ryan Air go to Dortmund next month.

we stayed in this hotel for a night and found the whole experiance delighful the rooms were nice staff more than went out of there way to make our stay enjoyable and excelled in service and a freindly inviroment, lovely surrounding area with nice drives and veiws in this quaint area of beauty with local inns very pleasant and hospitaple to.
a great place to stay for a couple of nights would highly reccomend it

My dad and I had a lovely stay here and all the staff were very friendly. We ate in the restaurant a couple times and the food was delicious. Would recommend it to anyone.
