Especially impressed with Alexis on front desk her professionalism friendliness And cheerful attitude made my stay a delight. She was extremely helpful and pointing out interesting and fun things to do.

Room are very nice and plenty of room to move around. Location is close real beer brewery and distillery, where you can take tours. Plenty of places to eat. Overall, good stay..

Hotel is under renovations. Main floor room doors were open exposing dirty rooms. The breakfast was not anything to brag about. Our room was not cleaned according to standards. Bedding had make-up all over them and on the pillows. Was not from my face. I didn’t have make-up on. Nightstand was dirty. My aunt’s room had roaches in it. The hotel has a chance to be great but with the lack of give a crap that is clearly evident in the lack of cleanliness it won’t be anything more than 50$ a night hotel. I mean I understand what being under construction means, but it doesn’t mean leaving screws and stuff lying around and not cleaning it appropriately. There is no excuse for this. Oh and don’t look out your window if you are staying in the even numbered rooms you will see all the trash from renovations all over the place. Also, went downstairs 3 times to talk with front desk and all three times no one showed up to desk to visit! Won’t be staying here again!

We stayed 6 nites. Had to ask for towels and garbage setvice. They never cleaned the room. Breakfast was deifintlely lacking even for continental. Advertised as hot breakfast.

Hotel going thru unneeded renovations. New owners and they took away the Texas flavor in the decor. Breakfast went from full breakfast from previous owner to cereal and muffins. Hot water not working in sink but shower was good. Frig made weird noises all night. When I brought up issues. Front desk people wrote it down but didn't offer anything back to us. $200 a night total for this hotel even during Thanksgiving was way to high especially no sink hot water.Not many nice options in the area. I understand renovations but The could have cut prices in half since they are renovating. Highly disappointed and won't be staying herecagain especially at those prices.

This property was under some kind of a remodel. There were pieces of drywall and other debris all around the interior of the property. It was not a safe or ready to be open for guests.. our room may have been partly remodeled but was missing the electronic outlets hooked back up to the old headboard and nothing installed in the shower as far as a shelf, Radom small quantity of shower products. We had about six rooms booked for family as we were in town for a wedding. My sister in laws room had not been cleaned and stuff was all over ( they gave her another room) my mother in laws room was dirty and then moved her to another room . Our sons room had the hook look on the door that was broken as someone had tried to break in at some point..My nephews room even had an old shoe in it .. the staff was kind but the property was not at all as it was presented on Expedia a and would not be revisited or recommended

The staff on the property were very nice and hospitable. Expedia made this booking difficult when I had to add a nigh. The company made a simple change extremely complicated.

The hotel was more than I expected. Clean, very comfortable bed and couch. Well lit hallways and parking lots. Free full breakfast every morning. Decor not to my taste but it was in condition.

Good clean quiet hotel just on the outskirts of town. Staff was very friendly. Less than a mile to Town center we’re there are multiple eating and shopping options.

Great hotel for our one night stay. they were accommodating to our pup, Lacey. The service was great, beds were comfy and we had a nice stay!

Overall the property was very nice. Our room could have been cleaned with more attention to detail. The desk needed to be wiped down and there was coffee dripped on the chair seat but like I said overall we had a nice stay. The bed was comfortable and we liked the black out curtains. We would stay there again.
