Carpet was nasty, horrible body odor and smoking smell. Holes in the walls. Bed hard

The on-line pics do not represent what the property currently looks like. Upon check in I had to change rooms due to key not working or AC not working and room supposed to have been placed out of service. Also the last room that I got moved to did not have chairs for the table that was in there so we had to bring from another room. Also my in-laws room did not have a fridge. Presentation as we drove in was not very impressive. We were told that the pool was out of service but didn't confirm that. I understand that it's a motel however there still certain expectations that a visitor has and this motel met none. However I will say that the staff were understanding of our concerns and did the best that they could do to resolve. I feel that owners of this motel should have more pride in what they do.

Suspicious character's roaming around at night and people that wake and bake in the parking lot (pot smoking) the following morning, to each their own but I won't be staying there again.

My husband stayed here for 1 night for a local business trip. He told me he only needed a room and a bed and would be fine. The price was great. The room looked just like the photos....BUT he said it wasn't any bigger than a giant jail cell. Per him, "We could not even move around without hitting each other." He said the staff was nice.

The entire 2nd floor, including my room, smelt of smoke. Odd considering the hotel is non-smoking.

I stay at this hotel quite frequently and then all the times that I have stayed there that night was probably my most miserable night there I got very little rest or should I say sleep for the simple fact the room that I was in had a door going to the adjoining room. Apparently the adjoining room whoever was in it had some kind of machine going that was very loud and at times it would get louder then it would get quiet then it would get louder. And by the time I had to leave the next morning I was really too annoyed to even say anything at the front desk

I had to reset my key card everyday because they would only key it in for one night, my neighbors were loud and the desk wouldn’t do anything about it, and my bathroom door knob was broke.

Bathroom was in poor shape. No toiletries, mold in the shower and rust all over the door. There were loud people in the parking lot and I didn’t feel very safe. The lady checking me in was very nice. I wouldn’t recommend staying there, but in an emergency it worked.

Walls are paper thin, room 217 was drunk and fighting for the week. Something "dripping" in the wall 24 hours a day.

They have roaches, and rooms are not cleaned well. You also have people living there. Probably why the has roaches. would not recommend.

I had a great stay for the 2 nights, was quiet and safe

I travel for work and always stay at a motel 6 because its always afordable and they provide comfortable accommodations but this one of my favorites because of their freindly yet professional staff and their comfortable beds. I take my four legged freind Duke everywhere i go and it really helps that they are pet freindly as well not like the one in Waxahachie. They are not. Thank you from Duke and I Motel 6 in Cleburne for a good nights rest away from home.

The hallways smelled putrid and were disgusting stained or simply not cleaned. Sheets on the bed were the same and the blanket had a cigarette burn. All but 2 of the luggage holder straps were broke proving to be useless. Also the rear stair door never closed proving to be a safety issue.

Despite being a newly built facility and the outside being well kept; the inside was not well kept.
Our room had roaches in it, wall socket was sparking, smoke detector was ripped off, ventilation was poor in the room so it constantly smelled like smoke, the curtains and sheets has cigarette burns and misc. stains.
However; the staff was very helpful and kind. Despite being busy they still were able to help in a timely manner!

Thw beds were hard as rocks, the fire alarms kept going off, the bathroom toilet water tank had to be jiggled each time it was flushed..there were a few bugs, and the drugs being sold in plain site and users were scary looking..just felt unsafe

I liked the front office staff. They were nice and helpful. Everything else was horrible. The stairs were super dirty and stinky. And our beds were dirty. I couldn't even stay there. The staff was nice and understood.

To start the carpet in the halls looked like there were blood stains on it all throughout the 3rd floor hallway. They decided to turn the elevator off and guests had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to their rooms. The comforter had cigarette burn holes in it. The towels had stains and black strands of hair in them. There was a half naked man sleeping in the bed of a truck in the parking lot. I felt like I was in the hood until I got out of the parking lot.

Our room didn't have a microwave as shown on the website, not did it have a fridge as shown on the website, we had to ask for towels, our cards were not set for our entire stay and we were locked out and had to walk a good way around the property, they only authorized for one day and we had a prepaid two day stay.

The entire building except the room reeked of Pot. Dogs barked starting at 4am and didn’t stop. I have a service dog, he didn’t bark. If the dogs can’t be trained to behave, they shouldn’t be able to be there. The room walls were dirty. The AC unit was off and the room itself smelled moldy. Bedding and towels were clean. I needed a cheap quick stop, this worked but I wouldn’t recommend any lengthy stay.

Amenities are great and all but cheap rates are awesome. Motel 6 offers travelers nothing, not even breakfast. The price is low, though.

A lot a people smoked inside the property and it’s smoke free, we have to ask for another room because the smell in the room it was really strong in the aisle too I’m never booked again there I prefers to pay $20 more for a better place 🙁

The room smelled like smoke. You get what you paid for for sure. Pool closed. Door did not lock when we left the room. Room in very poor condition. Staff was friendly but couldn’t tell I had already paid for the room.

The worst place ever. There were burns from cigarettes. There were holes in the shower. There were stains on the walls. The window and the curtain are so dusty. There weren’t any chairs to sit. The hallway was very stinky, so nasty that I gagged.

Well as you walked in to the hotel it had the odor of marijuana coming from it. Our floor had the odor of cigarette smoke and one of the floor lights was flickering.

Power was out almost all night. Mainly due to storms. AC in room leaked so changed rooms only to have that one leak as well. Elevator was down in the morning and when I asked the staff if someone was coming to fix it. They said not yet. This is completely unacceptable. Thankfully we did not travel with my family members that are in a wheelchair. Hallways smelled like weed and dogs. Just not a good stay.

The hotel pictures are beautiful because the hotel is fairly new, but because is a weekly basis hotel for less fortunate the hotel stinks, has stains everywhere, and is not the most clean place for a motel that I have stayed. Also the sink clog was broken which added another inconvenience when that was no other rooms available.

Went up to the floor my room was on and it smelled like vomit in the hallway. Staines everywhere on the carpet. The room wasn’t much better. Ac didn’t work, bathroom doorframe rusted and just looked like it was falling apart.

The room was a nice small room, we didn't need a large one. It was very clean.

I had reserved 2 rooms but when checking the gave away 1. I was able to get another room but 1was upstars and 1 was downstairs. They did not speak english and were very rude !
