We arrived in the middle of a very cold blizzard. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The heat was already on in the room making it nice and cozy. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for the night. Breakfast was supplied well with different items and good coffee! The effort and pride in running a good business was noticed and appreciated!!

Only suggestion I have is to possibly keep the rooms heater/AC units on to keep the chill off the room. It was Freezing when I got there and after I turned on the unit……it took a while for the room to warm up.

We made a quick trip and the room was clean and was a great price. It was right on the highway. Other motels of the same caliber where much more expensive. Breakfast was included. Would stay again.

The owner met us at the door and was very pleasant and helpful. They are new owners and trying hard to make it a good stay.

It is an older motel but affordable, very clean, comfortable beds and quiet. Had all the amenities. I would definitely not hesitate to recommend them and I plan to stay there again when in the area.

The owners are sprucing up an older strip hotel with new bathroom tile, fixtures, sheets, and other features that make this a good value option for a night or two in the Redmond-Bend area. Everything was clean, everything worked.

For just a stop for a night it was fine. It was dated but clean. Towels were rough and thin and pillows were rock hard.

My favorite thing was watching the ducks and ducklings along the ditch behind the motel. Also thought the breakfast was clean and nice.

Room was very clean, bed was a little hard but not too bad. Could get a little noisy as located right on the main highway but not too bad. Was able to hear the tv from the adjacent room one night.
I would definitely stay there again if I’m ever back in that area.

It was way overpriced for the property. We were on the second floor and had vinyl flooring i think and as you walked the floor moved. Had a connecting wimpy door and people next to us were loud late at night. You could actually see through the crack of the door. Found a long hair inside the sheets. Would not stay there again. Manager was nice.

The property is old and not kept up with. Swimming Pool is closed and has been covered for what looks like a few years. Room was beat-up and well used. Bed was very uncomfortable. The room was however clean. We would have left if we were staying longer. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

It was a comfortable room, quiet on a noisy street, bed was comfortable and I just felt 'at home' and appreciated the convenient location.

The price compared to other properties in Redmond was better. Towels and Linens need to be replaced. Staying under the family apartment is loud.

The room was clean and air conditioner worked great. Continental breakfast could have been a little better. They had bagels that you could toast but no butter, jelly or anything to put on them. Milks were cool but not very cold.

Very clean room, nice staff. Is close to airport and reasonable price. Furnishings, bedspread very outdated. Suggest 2 pillows per person in room rather than one.

Greeted courteously, and check in was prompt / simplified. Super clean and organized. AC had kept the room cool, which was excellent.
