Hotel was ok but they messed up my booking. Tried to put me in a room with 2 single beds but my booking said 1 large bed. They charged me for buffet breakfast yet I checked the booking later and it said it was included in the room.

Horrible experience!! Missed hospitality this time from your chain of branches. Food taste was not up to mark, when ever some one walk in Food Café (BF) employee ask for Room number four to five times don't know what they verify, During mid night they do DRILL at 2.AM (Fire drill), I was doing walk after dinner in Hotel corridor however some one from back ground they shut light...over all experience was not good at all. i paid 40K. Bad experience. (1/5)

Service, food is great. But the hotel needs face lift, looks outdated. Hard to imagine it has a 5-star rating.

I have bought the stay including morning breakfast plan but the manager said, he is giving it for free as such he is doing favours. Also he over charged for extra guests. despite of worst condition of the hotel, expected that they would relax bit but just for 1 day, it costed 12k INR, which is insane. I would never take this hotel and will also inform all my NRI vizag friends the same.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Clean, quite, and comfortable. Professional and courteous staff. Had pleasant surprises during the stay.

As soon as we checked in the room we found crushed beer can. It’s disappointing to see the cleanliness of the room. Overall the stay was pleasant.

Bathrooms are not properly cleaned and it stinks of shit. This is not acceptable from a hotel of this kind where we pay so much. Dinner was ok but breakfast is good.

Location is great and it's clean. I guess their central AC is not working, the temperature was set so high all the time. They turn off the light in lobby and hallways in the night time like a cheap motel. It was a very unpleasant experience, I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone!

Good Breakfast. Location is disappointing. Nothing to do in surrounding. Good for business traveler but not for holidays.

a) They did some up selling offering room upgrade including late checkout/early checking Dinner for a about Rs.3K per night, but the updgrade room excluding dinner is Rs.689 [Don't fall for any upselling before checking the prices online] b) inspite of us taking this wasteful package, every night at Dinner table, the waiter would annoy us saying that our package doesn't include dining. Once he called us up to the room to tell us that we ate without settling the Dinner bill. I had to route him to the reception (next morning at Breakfast they offered apologies, but it was quite awkward. Indicating their system lapses and integration. c) Not sure how the Deluxe rooms are, but the upgraded executive room is pretty good, except that the wash room doesn't have curtain in the bathing space, meaning you will wet the entire washroom after the bath (Yukk). If its a single occupancy fine, but if you are with the partner, it could create a scene. d) If ours was such an executive room, I dont know why other guests were buzzing the bell, and some saying sorry (some walking even without saying sorry - i.e not a classy crowd). Overall, whilst the staff come across very courteous they aren't aiming for improving customer loyalty.

Nice place, though but on main road. Food was good. Door knobs of bathroom should be changed as it at times becomes difficult to pull. Overall 4 stars.
