Impressed with how big the room was and it was one of the best beds I've slept in (at a hotel) . Only problem was the AC ! The high was a low and it stayed 73 in the room even with the temp set at 64. I have to have it cold and it was HOT outside.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFERT

This is the best hotel in Heber Springs. Others are closer to the lake and/or town, but this location is close enough without the traffic issues. After staying at several places iver the years, it is worth the extra money for cleanliness, comfort, and a good breakfast.

This property is very clean and well maintained. The staff are all over the top friendly and accommodating. We could not have been more pleased with our stay!

Great stay!

The staff was friendly, everything was clean, plenty of room in the rooms. Love that it has a small frig, microwave and coffee maker. A plus for us is it has an area to park our boat, breakfast is included, close to gas station, restaurants and not far from the boat ramp. This was our 3/4 stay at this location

Came to play on the lake. Hotel was nice. They have an awesome breakfast and the staff was awesome and friendly.

This hotel location is great. Easy to get into town and the lake. The staff is so friendly and help with anything they can. The rooms are very clean and fresh. Air works great and the beds are so comfortable. Plenty of room to move around in the room and not feel like you are sitting on each other. Down fall is if you go out a side door you may have to walk around to the front cause the key cards don’t want to work in the reader half of the time but not a real big deal.

Everything that we needed or wanted to do was in close proximity to where we were staying. We're sorry to say that the noise from the room above was very annoying; child/children running back and forth, adult/s stomping. Even after a call to the front desk it persisted both days we were there.

It was not really Holiday Inn Express standards. Very worn out, beds are okay, pillows bad. But it’s better than the alternatives in town…and I think they go that. Washed clothes & dryer was broke.

Very large rooms, property is taken care of and staff was extremely friendly. A/C is extremely cold. Towels are not tiny, more than large enough to fit around you. Breakfast was very good also. All in all a very nice place to stay.

I always enjoy staying at this hotel when visiting family.

My stay was very good. Restaurants in walking distance of the hotel. Rooms were clean. Wish I had an extra blanket because it turned cold overnight. Don’t like to sleep with the heat on.

Well worth the reasonable price. Not the cheapest place to stay in Heber Springs, but surely one of the nicest, and priced well below the high end places without sacrificing cleanliness and quality. The hotel is fairly modern, but even more noticeable is how they continually update and maintain everything. The room appeared freshly painted, the carpet was spotless, the bed slept like a new one, bathroom fixtures in perfect order. Supplied toiletries were deluxe and luxurious. The room was huge! No cramped feeling at all, with a big bright window too. Excellent TV and a comfy sofa. Heating/cooling system was superb and quiet, worked as well as one's own home system. The breakfast was rather standard fare, though with some hot food on the bar it was far better than just a "continental" breakfast. We appreciated the big pot of REAL freshly-cooked oatmeal! Elevators handily located and in perfect order. Parking lot right outside the front door with plenty of spaces. Easy step-free access at all times, even when the inn was full. The staff were uniformly courteous and kind, helpful and respectful. We felt like "friends" instead of mere customers after the first day! We would definitely stay there again.

Very easy, quick check in. The lady at the front desk was very friendly. The room was larger than expected and very clean. Loved that it had a Keurig, fridge, & microwave.

Clean quiet space, convenient to everything. The pool was closed for the season. We would have enjoyed using it since the outdoor temperature was in the 90s.

It's a nice hotel, some areas could use a little touch up. Customer service it's great. breakfast was tasty, great choices.

Staff was fantastic and helped us with our dirty bathroom and upgraded us. It’s not their fault the rooms are dirty. Showers need to be deep cleaned and re caulked. Bathrooms need face lift just by deep cleaning. Bed dust ruffles are nasty. Hallway carpet needs to be vacuumed. Elevators need to be cleaned. Hallways need to be mopped. I’d have an entire new cleaning staff.

Great stay

I liked the room other than the person above my room was loud & woke me up 1:30am. To many animals at the motel & the pool was to small, it was crowded. The breakfast was good.

The rooms were very comfortable and had plenty of plug ins for phone chargers and cpap machines. HOWEVER, the hotel allows pets which I don't recall seeing that when I booked. There were a least two dogs on our floor that barked a bit too much. In my opinion, this is too nice of a hotel to allow pets. I probably won't stay here again for this reason. It's a big deal with me and my parents who were with me.

The workers was the friendliest I think I have ever had at a hotel before.

Cleanliness of room was iffy. Kind of smelled like mildew. Shower was and shampoo were great! Bed and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was the BEST PART! Great selection and clean dining area!

Best customer service that we have seen in years! Every member of the staff was friendly, & had a positive attitude! Hotel & room were very clean.
