The staff is very friendly. The hotel is very clean. And my friend was a famous person and they did keep him very confidential. Thank you again.

It was very easy to check in and was very quiet for the night. Overall a very good place to stay.

This property was FALSELY advertised on Expedia as having a free shuttle to and from the Denver airport. After booking the hotel, the hotel staff informed us that this was NOT true. Expedia is engaging in FALSE advertising.

Great hotel in great fairly new condition. Breakfast was good for the price of the hotel. The area overall felt safe. Great stay!

Rooms were very clean and the breakfast was very good. Hate the small pillows. They need to go back to the standard pillow.

It was a nice stay

My stay was in October 2023, for one night. Good experience at this hotel. Everything was clean and orderly. The reception and breakfast area was even nicely decorated for Halloween. Pumpkins and decorations were a nice touch. Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, salsa, breakfast sausages, waffle-maker with syrup, yogurt, cereal bar, great coffee/tea bar, toast, muffins, bagels, juices, jams, peanut butter, cream cheese. A good selection of items and freshly made and arranged. 10/10 The breakfast area had a little bar island seating area with charging ports for phones/laptops, but then also a normal table seating area. The room was clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. My room was missing conditioner for some reason, but the receptionist gave me a big bottle when I went down to ask. :) The parking lot was clean and I didn't hear noise from the traffic or drive-thru restaurants near by. Also the gas station behind the hotel has great prices! Would definitely stay here again!

Everything is fine

Room was dark and fairly quiet. Quality of the hot breakfast items was the only real downside.

Driving around to the local businesses was difficult, laundry was too expensive

Lighting was out in entry and bathroom which made it difficult to get ready in the morning. Not the greatest location. Staff was great and room was clean

I did not like front desk encounter. She was not happy, or welcoming she had attitude. First impressions of my stay was ruined by her unwilling to be happy, & welcoming. I did live your pool & hot tub were open & clean!! It is nice to relax when traveling. Thank you i do wish hrs were longer i needed more time ♥️

Overall nothing.

This hotel has been completely renovated. We were pleasantly surprised. Looks new! Very clean rooms and up to date facilities. The front desk staff (Marsala) was very helpful. The only issue we had was having a room on the first floor near the indoor pool which made for loud yelling during the day and late evening. A security officer might be a good idea as we did have a domestic incident (fighting) one night that woke us up. The pool area should be supervised. No supervision with young kids and no parents could be a recipe for disaster. Morning breakfast is tasty, better than most, however a little variety with fruit might be nice. Finally, the neighborhood is less desirable. A bus picks up and drops off immigrants in the plaza parking lot next door. Homeless do frequent the lot at night. Just need to be cautious and not be alone for safety. Overall a comfortable stay with easy access to restaurants, airport, and interstate.

The hotel had good ratings and reviews and that’s why we chose it. The room was clean, good water pressure, nice beds. Staff were very friendly. The walls are thin and we could hear the neighbors talking and their televisions. We also heard when they came in at 3:30 am and the baby across the hall that woke up because of them too. We liked the pool and hot tub, not too crowded and lots of towels. The neighborhood was decent, no homeless groups that we saw, even with a liquor store across the street. We did see several groups passing through the property that may have been migrant families. I was concerned to see that during 2 of our 3 nights of stay, there were broken windows in the parking lot, cars parked fairly close to the front door too. We did not leave anything in our car so it did not happen to us. The security cameras were right in front of the vehicles too but they were pointed at each other rather than on the parking lot. There were several quick neighborhood food options and coffee close which was nice. The breakfast was typical continental but offered hot choices that were good (eggs, B & G, oatmeal). The kitchen area was clean too. We would stay again but definitely be smart about your cars in the lot!

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was the crack under the door. There was about an inch crack under the door so you could hear everyone talking and walking in the hall. It woke me up a few times during the night.

Not La Quinta's fault. Expedia needs to clarify there are TWO La Quinta Hotels serving DIA. Apparently the two hotels are confused all the time. Airport transport does NOT drop off at the farther La Quinta. Therefore, you must get your own cab. Even though advertised "near airport" it is not.

The overall stay with great. The workers were nice and professional. The room was clean.

I was clean and very comfortable. It had a buffet but we had an early flight and could not use it. The printer in the business center did not work and when I checked the things in que it seemed to have been out of service for a couple weeks.

There was a strange noise coming from somewhere that was heard 24/7 in our room. I told the ladies at the front desk but nobody contacted me about it. The fitted sheets on the beds are the wrong size so they kept slipping off the corners of the bed. And the fan in the bathroom did not work so the bathroom stayed steamy for quite some time which made everything from the towels to toilet paper damp. We got a non-smoking room because we had our 2 year old with us, yet the whole 3rd floor wreaked of marijuana and the smell made its way into the room. The pool's heater had apparently been broken since May 1st, so they closed it and it appears though as they have no intentions of fixing it any time soon.

I like that there are many food options available by walking , rooms were clean and house keeping did an amazing job. Girls at front desk can have a better attitude! Breakfast was good. Pools closed due to maintenance. But It was a good stay
