Great location. Perfect boutique hotel

A nice hotel in a great location. However It felt a little sketchy at night to walk down 27th with my 14 yo daughter. The rooftop was often closed for private parties and two nights there were parties in the downstairs that were so loud you could hear the music in the room until after 1am. Lobby coffee was nice. Towels were sparse. You have to ask for more than 1 washcloth. The room was small but clean and nice. It’s a platform bed on the floor. Mattress and bedding were clean and high quality. Blackout shades also helped! If you are older or have trouble getting off the floor, this bed configuration may not be the best for you. Martin was amazing. Awesome guy. Everyone on staff was really great. Overall we would stay here again even with some of the quirks.
