Second stay at this hotel with my family and my dog. Wasn't bad service is great clean room Period no complaints here

Carpets throughout including elevators were dirty and the whole hotel had an unclean odor. AC/fan barely worked, issues with bedside lamp. Unable to plug in medical device. Bed was very uncomfortably hard. Would not stay here again.

Our first assigned room, we couldn’t adjust the temp on the heating/cooling unit, so we were given a different room. Only then did we realize that the temp control was on the wall, not on the AC unit itself. The insert covering those controls had been missing. The front desk staff was accommodating , albeit a bit curt about it. She could’ve eliminated the need to change rooms by simply making sure we knew the controls were on the wall.
We were looking forward to some time in the hot tub, but the floor of it was full of sand and not tempting at all.
The room had some general disrepair to it, nothing severe but a touch uninviting. The hallway carpeting showed its age.
Breakfast was excellent. A big step above the typical hotel breakfast.

Everything was ready for me when I arrived. Breakfast started at 6am which was great when most of the time hotels start breakfast at 7am on the weekend.

Found out after it already booked that there wasn't ANy rooms that weren't dog rooms. Even though I am allergic we went to check the room in hopes it would be decent but the hall had the smell of a dairy barn that I remember from my childhood. The elevator carpet was the worst I have ever seen. The room was small and felt dingy.. The bathroom need repairs. Just seemed shabby. I'm assuming the good ratings from this hotel are from dog owners and they are happy with the dog biscuits on the counter. Not all pet owners are amazing and deworm, detick, descabie, deflea their pets and get their shots . We left the room even though we had to pay for it anyway and went across the road to another motel. They only allowed dogs in a section not the whole motel. I didn't want to spend the night in a kennel. If you have dogs this is the place for you although I've never understood why responsible pet owner would expose their dog to so many things that are bad for their health.They are less stressed at home with a sitter.

I was on a cross country drive and just wanted to get off the road after making it through Wyoming so Sidney was the place. I checked in and headed next door to Applebee's and when I returned my room was cozy and comfy and I had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was good in the morning and then I was wished a safe journey by the front desk staff. Everything was clean and quiet and convenient.

Pathetic breakfast bar; limited selections (compared to other Hampton Inns), stuff out of stock and/or cold and congealed. A 2out of 10. The big downer was the bedding. Overly heavy blanket and very soft, unsupportive pillows. Could not get comfortable and slept poorly, woke up sore. I expect better from Hampton

It was great. Pools a little ugly and looked dirty and hot tub hasn't worked twice. The management is nice and friendly. It has been clean. It's quiet even though it's right by the freeway. I love it. Workout room is clean. Breakfast is pretty good!

The young man at the desk on arrival was cordial and efficient and went above and beyond when he had to reprogram my door lock !

The room was comfortable although the bathroom floor needed mopped as it felt sticky. We waited more than 15 minutes for the front desk attendant. The breakfast was standard fare minus any yogurt.

The hotel is clean. The service is good. The beds are hard as a rock. It’s like sleeping on the floor. This was in a queen room. The breakfast was ok.

The floor of the entryway and bathroom were sticky. Carpets look filthy. Stains on the walls. We choose this hotel because of the pool then it was closed. Should have disclosed on website pool was out of service. My kids were extremely disappointed.

We paid a lot of money to not have the hot tub/spa working. Very disappointing and frustrating. We drove 8 hours to get there. Guests should not have to pay full price when the full services are not offered.

The room was really big. We got all 5 of us with the pull out sofa and 2 queen beds. The breakfast was the best I’ve had from a hotel. Sadly the pool had no clean towels and dirty towels all over. The hot tub wasn’t filled up and my kids were sad about that. Luckily the pool water was warm enough to get in and swim for all of us. Thanks for the stay and have big rooms to fit our family of 5!

Elevators floor carpet was EXTREMELY dirty.
Cabinet door was broken.
Bathroom shower was ok.
I specifically requested a late check-out and at 11am I was called twice on the phone and then the housekeeping lady came knocking at my door asking when I was leaving.
I don't understand how this hotel got a 9 out of 10 review. It is not nearly an 6 over 10.

We were disappointed at the conditions of this hotel. We've always looked to Hampton Inn's as upscale and nice, but this particular Hampton Inn was average and overpriced for the facilities. The bathroom had a broken showerhead (out of 2) and a very shallow sink. The bedroom was not up-to-date and just not what we would normally expect from a Hampton Inn.

Lady at check in was nice but scattered. Room was okay but small, cleanliness could have definitely been better! Dust was on a lot of the table tops throughout the place and the carpet in the elevator looked really gross and never cleaned.
