The room was wonderful and the shower was spectacular with high water pressure. Disappointed the hot tub was filled in.

In town for a volleyball tournament for our daughter and needed a quiet and clean place to stay overnight. Check-in was quick and friendly. Room was very clean and furnished with everything we could need. Sheets were silky smooth and beds were extremely comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was beyond continental with full buffet and pancake machine, coffees, juices… and continually restocked by a kind lady who made sure guest had what they wanted… we were extremely impressed. Hope management reads this to their employees to let them know their effort and hard work is noticed and greatly appreciated.

We’ve stayed here for the past 3years about 2x a year when we visit my brother and sister in law. Kids love the indoor pool year round.

First off the staff was excellent. The room however was a different story. When we got in the room there was no shower curtain in the bathroom. There were bloody hand marks on the bathroom and the other walls. There were hairs on the counter. The room left much to bw desired. The staff immediately brought and hung the shower curtain but said no one from housekeeping was available until the next day so we had to clean the blood off the walls etc.

Great stay and service was exceptional. Only complaint I have is the dispensers in the bathroom was not filled properly and the bathroom tub was dirty. Didn’t look like it was cleaned.

Stayed overnight to make an early morning flight. We were able to leave our car there and shuttle back and forth to the airport. Shuttle starts at 5:00am on week day mornings. So does breakfast. Very convenient. Breakfast had a large assortment of entrees. Hotel older but felt very clean and well maintained. Would definitely return

Not really anything unique. Considering the volume of people that the front desk had dealt with today, they did very well. I didn't get the room I thought I was getting, but what I did get was just as good. Spring break, you get what's available.

Clean rooms and overall facility. Convenient to US Space and Rocket at roughly 6 mins away. We all raves about the breakfast. This was the best continental breakfast I’ve had and we all felt that way. We will stay again when we go back.

The laundry facility had nice machines, the bed was comfortable.
It was a little difficult to find the entrance to the parking lot. I missed it more than once, and if you are coming from one particular direction you need to make a u-turn to get to it or find a side way into the parking lot (the side way is not marked with a sign).
The chair and carpet were a little dirty. The fridge wasn't cold and I didn't see a control inside to make it colder.

Either the hand sanitizer stations were out or just didn’t work. The floors were visibly dirty from not being swept/mopped. Carpet terribly stained and needing vacuumed. One of our pillows smelled like feet, it was awful. Our bathroom sink would fill up and not drain or drain extremely slow when washing hands or brushing teeth. It was the most disappointing Holiday Inn experience we’ve had. We never have issues like these with Holiday Inn and that’s why we usually stay with them. Overall wouldn’t recommend staying here and am sure there are many other hotels in the area that are a lot cleaner.

On my stay at Holliday Inn both of my bed sunken in, I had to sleep on the side of the wall, in the morning during breakfast lid of the pot of where the eggs was in doesn’t work keep in following and hitting my hand.
I visit this Holliday Inn hotel 6 ton8 times a year, I like the location hopefully they will fix the problems so I don’t have to choose another hotel.

We had to stand in line over 30 minutes to check in. I do not know why the line was so very slow. When we finally got to the front, the lady was less than friendly. It took her a long time to push all the buttons and I wasn’t sure if our room was there or not because she didn’t speak to me at all.
In our room, the pull out sofa-bed my daughter had to sleep on was very dirty. Visible stains and I don’t even know what. I didn’t want her to sleep there with I my a thin sheet between her and that. Everything else seemed fine, but that bed made me feel weird about the whole experience.

We were able to check in early which was a blessing! The staff at check-in was very welcoming and friendly.

Mixed review. Fantastic breakfast! Check in delayed due to lack of staffing. We moved from one room with two comforters with spilled dried liquid to a room with dirty carpets but clean beds.saddest part is the place could be well kept and beautiful. I really liked the wood in the bathrooms and decor. I slept very well- so great beds!
