I enjoyed my stay at this hotel ,mall is right there and so as all the fast food and everything .

My family have been booking this hotel for a few years but we’re never going to use them again!! Made a special request to the hotel management after finding out my uncle has passed away so we were unable to stay. However the hotel was more interested in their profits rather than their customers interests. So we lost out on a huge amount and no money was returned! Avoid them at all costs.

It was a wondefull time, my spezialisiert thanks go to the housekeeping Romeo and the lovely lady at the lobby Shahwar. It was a pleasur to stay at the hotel, the breakfast was great an the stuff there was realy good.

We stayed at swissotel living . It was a beautiful apartment. Loved everything about our stay a family of four. I would like to thank all the staff for the friendliness and and being helpful. From the valet staff, Patrick at reception was amazing and our cleaner Jay-ar was fabulous. All staff were really good. The hotel and apartment building are part of one complex! Loved tje layout. Has a shopping mall beneath it and lots of places to eat and shop outside. It was only a short 5 minute walk to the Union Metro. The breakfast staff were amazing too! Well done to all of Khalids team. I have recommended this spacious apartment and hotel to other family members and should I return will be staying here again. Mr Umarji

I think the hotel has a lot of potential. The rooms are very spacious but the furniture and amenities in the room are far to outdated. They have carpet that is so dirty your feet with collect a layer of filth within a few minutes. The tvs are small when compared to room size and pretty ancient. I would say to push the rating here by 2 level would just be some deep cleaning by either replacing or removing carpets l. For the price point the rest Is very bearable. Also maybe replace the covers on the sofas.

Nice place for family and everything is nearby.

The hotel / apartment is my preffered stay in Dubai.. clean and classy with a modest price. Downside is taxi availability. If you stay and have an appointment or a plane to catch, leave your room at least 45 minutes beforehand to get a cab.

It was amazing but the furniture in the apartment were too old . I recommend that the hotel management do something about the furniture!

Parking availability is subject to the mall visitors traffic. housekeeping response is very slow.

The location is right in the heart of Dubai which was awesome. The staff were not very professional and they were giving the bare minimum of a decent customer service.

Pool is great. The Room was super clean and spacious. Fridge was of a decent size. Shower head in the bathroom not the best as it is low pressure. Needs changing. Other than that fabulous stay. Best thing is hotel is connected to mall.

Good place and staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is old, the smell, the bed is not as comfy and furniture. But the good is very near to everything.

Huge rooms, washer dryer and big kitchen! It was perfect to spend 4 days in Dubai with a family of 3

Service at this hote starting from the reception is pathetic. There phones don't work, you really have to remind the front desk 10 times if you need to get a thing. Room service is great, but again plenty reminders. No facilities e.g. hair dryer, charging pins, no utensils in the kitchen (not even glasses). We complained the hotel several times, but nothing did they do. So, at the time of check out we spoke to the duty manager and gave him a feedback. When you are spending good amount of money, I think you can have better choices than this. The only good thing about this hotel is that it is centrally located next to UNION station. Secondly spacious rooms, A/C and maintenances of the appartments.

Great spacious apartment and good pool and gym facilities. Nice and quiet and clean with good breakfast
