Large car park and comfortable room

Hotel was great and had a large public bath. The bed was especially hard though, and they didnt have cups for the ice machine. A bit of a minus but overall, great stay. I found my time in Hida-Takayama enjoyable.

there are no shuttles from 10:30 to 3:30 and and also from 7:30 in the evening till 7:30 in the morning. This can really impact your stay.

The mattresses were super hard and uncomfortable and the public bath didn’t allow people with tattoos.

The hotel is very outdated. The bed is very uncomfortable. The pillow is hard. The food is medium. The location is far from the city.you feel like in hospital not hotel.

Friendly staff. Quiet environment.
We booked 3 double rooms which was rather small and we requested for upgrade upon arrival. However, it was not available but the staff was kind to check availability for our 2nd night. Our 2nd night stay was more comfortable with larger space room.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Peaceful place with a wonderful view, very suitable for a tourist who drive a car. You can use the free charge shuttle bus service, also you can go to Takayama station by walk, it’s spend around 45~60mins. However, it’s quite worth to try it, because the view is pretty nice.
Thus, the breakfast is delicious and rich.

Room is too tiny for two person, toilet like a cave, no space for baggage storage, facility is standard, canteen is too crowded and long queue waiting, car park inadequate.

The hotel environment was quiet and the room was clean. Also, the room was not small comparing with other hotels near JR station. The breakfast was delicious.

It is a hotel which suits traveler who go to 高山市with cars. Approximately 10 minutes’ drive from the hotel you can reach高山市. Pay attention if you go out at night, there is insuffient street lamp on the road.

Hot spring is very good with security locked for female at night time.good buffet breakfast but you need a car to go up there otherwise will be difficult to be mobile nearby

Everything very satisfied. If the dinner included in the half board package can be a Japanese traditional dinner instead of buffet dinner would be better.
It is also not understood why the drink bar is included in breakfast buffet but not for dinner buffet.

The breakfast was pretty nice including the local cuisine. The overall room condition and public bath was good. Very quiet neighborhood. Only problem i would say about the hotel is the location -i.ez unlike the hotels in Takayama city district, this hotel is not accessible by public transpprtatio orby foot except for renting the car or hotel shuttle

Food is good and price is fair, but the room is quite small and especially the toilet which are tiny.

This is the first time I stayed here, and the hotel location impressed me a lot, it's not near the town of Takayama, I believe they have shuttle bus to the train station. This is a good location if you drive, as the surroundings is very quiet, and you can view the overview of the town. The room is spacious, it's a good moment to stay here for 2 nights.

The hotel is far from the attractions, good for driver. Small bathroom.

The breakfast was terrible. 99% meant for Japanese. We were expecting a simple bread, butter and eggs. Room was ridiculously small and likewise for the toilets.

Reasonable charge with good breakfast spread provided. Lovely onsen with views into the forest around. Quite far away from main attractions so probably suit travellers who are driving. Free coffee in the lobby is a plus.
