Two stays, and both times I had to phone for the entry codes - and another guest had the same issue. I think something in the link with the new, amalgamated Hotels/Expedia/etc site is going missing.
Other than that, it's a pleasant place to stay. Can be noisy at times - bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. And if you need parking, best book it - there aren't many spaces.

Great stay at Diamond Villa in York—clean, comfortable, and an easy walk to the city centre and York Minster. Friendly hosts, smooth check-in, and convenient on-site parking available for £7.

Self check in so no staff but was easy to access. Really good size. Loved room 9. Last timexwas upstairs and was too small. This time was fantastic.
