The awesome desk clerks, Dawn and Gabby, were funny and helpful. They helped find my rewards number. Our room was clean and large. The water temperature was interesting. It was lukewarm at best when we checked in and a bit warmer in the morning but never was hot. The water pressure was OK. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a large selection of items that were all good and hot.

The staff is not friendly or helpful, the food was not good. Each time I was in the area of the front desk, they ignored me and talked to each other. No one there seems to like their jobs. There is something about the area I did not feel safe. I will never stay there again.

The front desk folks are great. The rooms are very nice. The lobby is very small and it’s amazing they can serve breakfast the way they do. Good hot breakfast choices.

Stayed here on my travels to CO. Last minute booking and paid more than I wanted but was a nice bed and quiet.

Did t have the double room I booked so upgraded me to king ayote with pull out bed for same price.

This place was a great surprise for $95. Very clean.The place smelled great when you walked in.Very clean.The biggest surprise was the breakfast.It had thick slice bacon we have never seen bacon at a hotel breakfast.🤗

We needed to stay in Junction City twice for several days. The Holiday Inn Express Staff there were wonderful and very accommodating to our needs and requested rooms! The Hotel and rooms were very nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable! We could not have asked for a better stay! We think this Hotel is the very best in the area, and would highly recommend it!

The breakfast service was the worst "free breakfast" we have encountered.
1 tasteless turkey sausage patties
2 NO regular coffee

I don't really expect a lot from these free breakfasts, but this one was out of the realm of slightly edible

The hotel was conveniently located off I-70. The staff was very nice. Our room was immaculate and very spacious. It was very quiet. It is well worth the price.

The room was clean but getting water for my cpap machine was almost impossible unless I wanted to buy dasani water which doesn't work. the fron desk employees were less than avid workiers and seemed more interested in their phones than helping the guest.

Not up to the regular level we expect from Holiday Inn Express. Trouble with the computer checking in, no remote or cups in room, missing lightbulb, (moved to another room); second room, blinds didn't go all the way down (hello daybreak), no clock in room. Small irritants, but... Room was very clean, great shower, good beds, good breakfast. And, shout out to Ms. V, night clerk, who did all she could - thank you!

Stayed 4 nights and could not get them to service the room even after requesting. When paying over $100 a night for a room, should not have to live with piles of dirty linen and over running trash cans. Would be a nice place if they would service the rooms. Changed hotels to get a clean room.

We stayed in Junction City for five days due to a family tragedy. The staff was very kind and respected our privacy. Anytime we needed anything they were there to help us.

We checked in in the evening. Got up early, had breakfast and left. Everything was fine. Frankly, we like Holiday Inn Express when we’re driving because we like their breakfast.

This is the first time we have stayed here. Rooms were very nice, bed comfortable. Only issue was train noise in the evening bu none overnight.

Very clean, excellent breakfast. Not enough towels to go around. Even when we asked, there weren’t enough. Desk chair at checkin desk is unprofessional and needs replaced. Never seen Watkins dispenser used in bathrooms before and we’re not kept full so not enough soap to use either. Seemed very odd for Holiday Inn Express.

We arrived after a hot football game, so were extremely tired. The vending machines were out of water/soda since the evening before. We had no handtowels and only one washcloth. Very disappointed.

Room didn't have any washclothes or soap. Called down for some but they never brought it up.
