The hotel was lovely, they upgraded our room
Upon arrival free of charge. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was great too however the restaurant area was really dark. The indoor pool was my favourite part of the hotel however the hamam service was not that great I would recommend to go out of the hotel maybe to a different spa if you are looking for hamam service. The hotel was not too far from malls or the old city markets, also Marrakech’s most popular club 555 is five minute drive away. Was definitely a pleasant stay would recommend to friends and family.

The hotel outdoor pool is lovely and so are the rooms. Breakfast room could do with some attention and the breakfast was ok.
Close to shopping centre and on a main road running out from the Medina about £4 a taxi into and out of the central square.
Problems we had included - no key to room as computer system down, alot of locals party here and had us up at 5am when they returned from the clubs as its one of few hotels that service alcohol, door to our bedroom broke and there was no shower just a bath in our first room
It is a lovely hotel and we loved marrakech but has a few snagging issues and the partying was a problem as it woke us up a few times.
