Clean room, basic but all i needed for my short stay. Friendly staff, very helpful. Near to Marina, shops and restaurants. Would stay again.

Pros: good location, check in staff polite and lovely, next door to two supermarkets, easy parking, easy to control the temperature of the room and lots of hot water when showering. Less good - bed quality - mattress a little soft. More noise than expected in the room coming from the street but didn't prevent sleep. Overall felt good value for the price paid and better than many budget chain hotels.

This was the second time I have stayed in an Ibis in Italy and it was really nice, however this time it was just ok. It was very basic and the building and rooms are very tired. It was clean and the facilities were ok. The room was really hot - in fact the heater was set to 24 degrees when I walked in which seems very wasteful as the heating had clearly been on for hours beforehand. If all rooms are like this then the energy being wasted is going to be incredibly high. The staff I spoke to were nice.

Great value and get what you pay for so basic but fine. Good location and plenty of food options close by, free parking also helpful.

stayed for one night which was ok ,room was clean ,and the bed was comfortable .The only downside was the noise from outside woke us up before 6am . Good points are the location to the Marina and restaurants and the free parking .

Well located, basic but comfortable hotel. No frills, just a large white room with a decent bed. The whole hotel could do with some capex being spent on it, but given the price you're paying this should be acceptable to most people, especially if your rate includes the breakfast bags as ours did. Top marks go the very helpful and kind staff on the front desk.

The hotel was dirty, worst I’ve stayed in for a long time. I travel with business a lot.

Nice stop over. Good central location, easy parking and convenience all around you. Although windows are old and therefore you clearly hear traffic from the road outside, I would suggest ear plugs!

For the price, this is an excellent choice if visiting Portishead or the area. The staff are very helpful and the rooms are very clean.

Good location clean rooms, basic but perfect for our needs. Would be nice if there was a vegan breakfast bag but that’s not a deal breaker. Weatherspoons next door if you need it.

Excellent for a one-night stay. Basic accommodation. All was well after we changed rooms; our first one showed too many signs of dog occupation. Very convenient location in an interesting town, which has first-class facilities.

Clean and accessible place to stay. Slept well and all was clean and tidy. Maid made our bed and changed our towels. Can’t complain. Only rated 4/5 and that is only because when booking it said breakfast was included but we weren’t offered/given anything.

Very disappointed to find a flea in our room and then when I realised pets seem to be allowed in the building it was clear to see how/why. One of the most disappointing stays I've had away in years. Surrounding area also not very pleasant - well the people anyway. Service was very good.

Our 2nd visit as a stop -off. Budget price and very clean. Car parking free. Good restaurants/cafes around the Marina. (also Lidl and Waitrose) Will definitely be staying there again.
