Dirty towels in the room when we checked in, sticky floors throughout, and fridge didn't work. Carpets looked like they haven't seen the business end a vacuum in years. Staff was nice.

Property was very rundown inside and out. Bathroom had rust stains throughout and broken ceramic on bathtub and baseboards. Bedroom walls had chipped paint and bed linens were stained. Carpet was lifting and had huge lumps and bunching under floors. Request for late check-out on Sunday was denied. Only needed room for one night and won’t return in the future.

Great place to stay! The staff was friendly and professional, the rooms were clean and well maintained. I would stay here again!

Rooms were not cleaned. They did not vacuum, bathroom was not cleaned, there was no trim, floors were sticky, and there were gigantic cob webs in the corners of the ceilings. When confronted by the staff they were not pleasant to work with. Very disappointing and did not stay!

Easy check in and attentive staff. However, I don’t appreciate the room we were in to not have any sound proofing between it and the kitchen. Every morning starting around 5 there was constant banging and loud noises coming into our room and waking us up. All through the night staff or visitors banging thru doors and closing loudly woke us up. I can only speak for this room tho. Probably will try other hotels in the future.

Although very clean and comfortable, the room was pretty run down. Holes in the nightstand, broken fixtures in the bathroom, dent in the wall, sink drain didn't work, etc.

The room we had was nice. The beds were hard to sleep on. They felt like fulls instead of queens. The pillows were hard to sleep on as well. We had a hole in our bathroom door. The people above us were so loud with kids jumping around so we didn't get that much sleep. The breakfast was about a 4/10. One of the juices were watery and one of them too strong. The yogurt choices were not good to me. The eggs were ok and the sausage was good. The price did not match the stay.

The beds were comfortable and there was hot food at the breakfast bar. Some of the furniture in the room was damaged, and the furniture at the front desk area is dirty. The front desk worker was very polite.

The front desk clerk was very understanding and helped us get an early room. We had drove from Houston to attend a wedding and the room was not available for us to change. And Andrea was very understanding and helped us with our room. Thanks again Andrea!
Secondly, the hallway carpet was smelling in the hallway on the third floor. You can see the carpet was dirty as well. Overall it was a great stay.

The inside of the room was not good the lamp shade was cracked and peeling, the radio hummed all night, the bathroom walls were cracked and had holes, the bathroom door had a golf ball size hole in it, it took air conditioner quite a while to cool down ! For the price I would have thought a Quality Inn & Suites would try harder to keep there rooms up better !

While laying in bed watching TV a roach crawled across the tv screen. Kinda, total turnoff, also the microwave was broken. Otherwise ok stay

Generally a good stay. Some issues: 1) The elevator had a strong scent of mold, 2] the southside door wouldn't close, 3) hole in the bathroom wall.
The bed was comfortable and I slept well.

Service was great, room comfortable,except broken drain on bathroom floor which almost tripped . Was told breakfast is between 6-9 am but failed to say no breakfast for Monday . There was cold food and no microwave to warm anything.

Very nice for a quick trip to drop my daughter off for camp. We were on the 3rd. We did get a smell of weed. I would have appreciated a smokefree enviroment.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was large and comfortable. We had coffee in the room but no coffee cups and the floor corners in the bathroom were a little grimey but overall the cleanliness of the room was great.

It was just ok. Breakfast was alright. The size of the room was great for our family. I went to use the ice bucket and there was trash from another guest. There was a lid from another guest in the couch bed. It made me worry what else was missed. The staff, however, was very friendly!

The facility is nice but this was the second time while staying that housekeeping had miscommunication and woke me up when I needed to be sleep in preparation for my overnight shift. Thank goodness I didn’t harm anyone( I’m a nurse)as tired as I was on shift!

Firm bed was very comfortable. The monday breakfast was not a hot breakfast but tuesday was (scrambled eggs and saugsage). Hole in the wall from the door handle. The hangers in the closet bump up against the door when closed. Very clean. Accessible bathroom is quite roomy. Overall a nice experience.

Property has a few maintenance issues. Cig butts around front door, badly worn door mat and dirty cushions on lobby furniture. Room had a hole in the wall behind the door needing patching. Stay was good but above issues creeped out my wife.Breakfast staff was very efficient constantly cleaning the area, Food was good. Check in went smoothly. Room was clean.
