There were a couple of things that were broken in the room. Otherwise, clean and comfortable.

We were working in Kc and chose the holiday inn based on the pics and other reviews and glad we stayed here! Super clean, friendly staff, and very nice rooms. Nothing like a clean, comfy room after doing physical work all day. And a hot breakfast in the morning and coffee was a welcoming good morning. Suggestion to ditch the round sausage patties, add bacon and some fresh fruit and would be even better. But hey, can’t complain got my protein and caffeine so good to go!

From the pic, I see a bath tub, but when I open the door of my room, I don't see it, I'm told by the staff, only double queen has bath tub. That's inaccurate description

Just stayed overnight. The hotel is near very busy roads, however my room was pleasantly quiet all night. The staff was friendly and everything was very clean.

Very friendly staff, location is great, room was clean, and for a hotel gym, the gym was great! Ear plugs are highly recommended. I could hear the guy in the room next to me snoring and I could hear his cellphone alerts. I wish there had been better insulation in the walls.

Emergency repairs were needed for water damage which meant non-stop hammering/sawing underneath my room for the duration of my stay. I would have appreciated a heads-up from hotel management that this was going to be the conditions for my stay. They did attempt to make it right upon check-out, but it made for a let-down on what was supposed to be a get-away weekend filled with peace and quiet.

Orbitz shows that they have free rollaways. There is a $10 charge for those. Our Air conditioner/heater was unplugged and we didn't realize it until the morning when things seemed stuffy and stale in the room because of no air movement.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Had an issue with the first room we were checked into. The staff was able to give us another room, and made sure everything was good to go after we were settled in. The property is kind of difficult to get to if you are unfamiliar with the area. We do recommend staying here currently, just hope they keep with the upkeep and cleanliness, it was not as clean as the last time we stayed.

Very friendly staff, everything very clean. I only wish they had more carts. We checked several times but never found one. Had to carry all our stuff by hand to the second floor.

The day of our check in we received a phone call from them telling us that they did not accept Expedia bookings and that we would need to cancel with them and rebook through the hotel at a higher rate. Luckily I told my husband that was inaccurate and not to pay them any extra money and that they did in fact book from Expedia because I had booked them in the last month or two. When we got to the hotel to check in there was nothing mentioned again about not accepting our booking and our room etc was ready. They then tried to charge another family in our group a higher rate as well when they checked in. Basically the owners of these specific hotels in the chain were trying to get out of paying their Expedia fees and then charge extra to their customers. Unacceptable.

Cool bar, restaurant food is AMAZING and breakfast buffet is EVERYTHING you crave! Recommend adding it at booking to save money on the buffet. They give you vouchers ☺️

Breakfast is above standard and the rooms have nice fresh linens and towels. Very clean.
