Beautiful property located close to UCSB campus

Quiet and convenient.

Extra charges everywhere! Rooms cleaned only every other day. No cleaning on weekends. More of a hotel for business events, travel.. A $20 bottle of wine cost $57.

The facility was great. Food at the bistro was very good and convenient. It would be very helpful to know what additional fees actually apply. Such as $15/day for parking, hotel taxes and other fees. Makes knowing overall cost easier, and allows true comparison to other choices. Thank you.

Well located and quiet

Excellent overall except outdated showers that need replacement.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Conveniently located near shopping areas.

The staff were very helpful. The room was good and the amenities were good. The only problem is the noise from the room above was terrible. If you stay here do not stay on the 1st floor.

The property is beautiful! The lobby and rooms are charming and so well decorated. The entire building is clean and well kept, and the grounds are gorgeous and so inviting. I will stay there again in the future. I fell in love with this place, so I took lots of pictures!

They didn’t have the room we booked for three people and put us in a room with one bed and the hotel staff wasn’t accommodating at first until we pushed. We were put in a noisy room above an AC unit for the hotel and could hardly get a good night rest. Also the hotel says it’s a short walking distance to UCSB and it is not.

The hotel is super close to Santa Barbara airport & offers free shuttle service. The pool area is beautiful with lots of seating. They also have bicycles for loan. Staff is very friendly & responsive.

Staff was great and place was clean and comfortable

Check inn was fast and easy with Mason. He offered us 3 bottles of water. Hotel lobby was clean and Cozy. The only issue was that Expedia website state that parking fee is $10.00 but they`ve charged me $15.00 . when i mentioned this they adjusted the price for 1 night only. So i paid 15.00 one night and $10.00 the other. Other than this everything came out smooth.

This is our preferred place to stay when visiting Santa Barbara/Goleta.

Excellent restaurant with great food and excellent service.

We love this Courtyard by Marriott! Super convenient to have a Starbucks in the building and extras like fireplaces, big screens and nice outdoor space. Convenient to UCSB and very easy to get to downtown SB. The staff is always very warm & helpful, too!

Great location, very nice hotel.

I like it’s close proximity to places to eat and to UCSB.

Disappointed that there was not a breakfast included as most hotels in this class do.

Very bad experience with such high price we paid, nothing in the toilet except towels, everything needed to ask the receptionist, we hv to go get them in front desk, not even shower cap/toothbrush or toothpaste, no cotton pads or swabs, no slippers, no bottle water, the room very small in old condition, bed and pillow very uncomfortable, there’s only one staff working at the front desk the whole time, I won’t recommend it to anyone and will never come back, terrible experience.

Close to UCSB campus- we were in town to visit the campus.

That previous occupants of a hotel room used drugs can likely be a given. Hotels should open windows to let some fresh air in between guests. The ventilation in hotel rooms may just circulate but not exchange for fresh outside air. Sleep isn’t good when air is stale or contains drug residuals.
