It was a nice trip only issue the pool was very cold, but we enjoyed it. The desk clerk who checked us in was very sweet and hospitable.

It has plenty of shopping around the area and Alecia was very helpful with our stay and was able to accomidate us

My room had an unpleasant smell. They need to shampoo the carpet or something in room 230

The managers were friendly despite the pool down and the cleaning people didn’t do there job.

The sole reason we chose this hotel was because it has a pool, but we were told it was closed on arrival. Staff said it was on the website and on Expedia but it was not. Also other guests that booked that same day had called and were told the pool was open. I didn't want to go through the hassle of cancellation and finding a better hotel in the very limited amount of free time that we had. I asked for a partial refund and was not given one. The room furniture was very worn out. The air conditioner condensation was soaking the carpet. Unpleasant staff made us feel bad for asking for refills of breakfast items that were empty 1 hour before breakfast service was supposed to end.

After checking in and going to our room I said to my husband, I hope her demeanor Is not an indication of our weekend. Sadly, I was right. First room, I could turn tv on but could not change channel, I went down to desk to ask if someone could come look at it, she said NO. I was like ok, what can we do? She said what do you want me too do. I was taken aback as I didn’t think it was a difficult question. So i asked if they could change out the tv? Answer was no. So I then asked for a new room. She responded with I’m not upgrading you, I said I didn’t ask you to! This part is not her fault but your light on your smoke detectors is so bright and blinks so often. It kept waking me up.

The hotel seemed nice even though there was a smell about the place and the staff were ok not real professional or that inviting, what kinda upset me a little is that I left my favorite belt behind and they said everything gets brought down to the front desk well anything but my belt. And the boxes behind the seat look kinda trashy

I didn’t like anything , I couldn’t even get a refund and I left the next morning at 9am , stayed one night got charger for 2 .

Comfortable beds, pillows were comfortable. Everything looked tidy and clean

We booked an entire extra day onto our trip to take kids swimming in the pool only to be told it was “under construction.” There was no “construction” being done. In fact, it was running the whole time. The sign was magically gone the day we checked out. We fully believe that the staff did not want to clean or tend to the pool area over the weekend. Well, their laziness costed me 250$.

Pros- the breakfast was pretty decent as far as options. The lady working the breakfast was great, so kind! Cons- the pool was SO warm, it was not refreshing at all. After a long hot day, getting in a cool pool would be so refreshing. This was not it. I wouldn’t even go down there the 2nd day, so disappointing for my kids who love to swim. It’s the reason we chose a hotel with a pool. There were also no pool towels. The room itself, we really liked the lay out. The beds were comfortable. Unfortunately that was about it. Old K cup left in the coffee maker from previous people using it. Sheets and pillows has stains and small holes in it. The bathroom grout was gross too. Dust blowing out from the furnace/ac in the bed. Both lamps had some damage to them. Couldn’t use the plug in on the lamp, didn’t work. Our sign should have been the room number sign was falling off. The TV didn’t work well, was told it was that way for the whole building. They have directTV, it was glitchy with a small pop up in the corner saying to call the front desk. The pancake maker was also not working ( not a deal breaker but definitely a bummer) I don’t know if something changed with Covid but they don’t have housekeeping that comes by daily to grab garbage and fix the beds. Had to wait like 5 mins for someone to even come to the desk to check us in. This place is not worth how much they charge per night. I think it is in need of a desperate remodel. We will not be back.

What l like about the property was the convenient of selection of restaurants to choose from and the fact that Walmart and Target were closed by. In addition the property was located in a safe area.

Room was clean phone and coffee maker did not work. TV cut in and out consistently.

Check in was quickly and smooth, our room was a little bit dated (90’s style), but that was not a problem because was very clean and the beds are ultra comfy. I kind of like the 90’s layout because rooms are really spacious. We had an amazing full hot breakfast. Overall wonderful experience.

Booked and paid through Expedia. Got a confirmation from Expedia and when I arrive at Holiday Inn Express in Troy at 6 pm they told everyone waiting in line to check in that they have no rooms available and most everyone in line including me had already paid and received a confirmation for 2-25-23

The guest under us kept complaining about noise and beating on their ceiling(our floor) and it was not even us. The feont desk did not queation us just kept twlling us to keep the noise down. All the while it was the people next to us alamming doors, running up and down tje hallway and screaming. We have infant and toddler and they kept disturbing them while banging on our floor calling our room and knocking at our door. I could not stay there another night even tho oir power was out still at home we packed up all our kids and went to another hotel.

When we arrived. The manager was there coming from the back with hi young daughter. She was maybe 6-7. He says, I will be right back to assist you, wife was in the back, he left the front desk for about 7-8 min to take towels I assume to the pool area.

I was never able to check in, due to they informed me when i returned that they were full. But I had a reservation and spoke to someone at the front desk prior to check in due to need for special pillows

Staff was awesome and worked hard. But the pool was in rough shape. The liner was coming off and it needed attention. The room was clean but the bath room was sorta clean.

Hotel bed comforter had a terrible order. The heat stopped working in the middle of the night. I had to sleep in my jogging suit.

Rude desk staff, coffee maker didn’t work. No hot tub.

The beds were unbelievably comfortable. The pool was warm. Good options in the fitness room. Breakfast was hot and fully stocked all morning. Check-in was fast and easy.

Staff was very kind and friendly, the property it self was rundown. We had the 2 bedroom suite, there was ink all over the wall, the view was the back of a sign, and there was a hole in the wall. The pool was cold, and the overall hotel needed some major TLC. I was very unhappy with the amount of money I paid for such a run down hotel.

I found a good parking spot. The chlorine in the pool made the kids sick.The front desk man was very stand offish.I called to speak with guest relations and they never called me back.Had some guests next to us playing music until 4am loud as possible. I was very disappointed. We came for breakfast before 9am and there was nothing left.
