My flight was canceled a few hours before departure due to flooding in the area. The hotel refused to change my reservation by 1 day or refund my money. Holiday Inn will never get my business again.

I stay here evertime I come to the casino, 3 out of the 4 times I've been here the room smelled and bed was uncomfortable. Wish I could always get the room I got before. May need to look into another hotel when I go back.

The elevator had a significant amount of cigarette smoke odor, likely caused by smokers smoking outside and riding up in the elevator. I am allergic to cigarette smoke and riding the elevator impacted me. Routinely, one elevator car should be parked with the door open to let it air out.

Staff was great and friendly. Stayed during Christmas, they made us feel at home. Hot breakfast and cleaned our room daily (don't see tat very often these days).

Very nice hotel, clean. All the employees were super friendly and always had a huge smile on their face. The woman running the breakfast buffet was so accommodating and friendly. Food was delicious, too! You could tell she really took a great pride in her job!

Not enough light in the bathroom. But overall was a nice room. Complimentary breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in a motel. Night shift checkin girl was nice but morning shift checkout lady not so much.

My stay was fine, I arrived at approximately 5:30 pm. I had a good shower,ate a Subway sandwich. I was asleep at 8:30 and up and gone by 2:00 am. I only wish that the desk help was more helpful with rewards info.

In town for baseball tournament, I wanted to go to the hotel first to see if I could drop off my bags due to my diabetic medication it can’t get hot. Well the front desk lady was very accommodating and said we can go ahead and get you into your room at 11 am!!! Very thankful for her

It was very clean and staff was very nice however the beds were like sleeping on a rock and their were kids running up and down the hallway until around 2 am
So I can only give it a fair rating as your night clerk needs to stop kids from running in the hallways so late and you need to work on the beds

Pulled out the sofa sleeper for my grandkids and something popped out. It was a vibrator. To further inspection under the sofa we found used condoms and an old Tshirt and used tissue. I was so disappointed. My family was just saying how nice and clean the hotel was. Other than that issue our stay was good.
