Stayed two nights … the room was not cleaned … new towels etc.
Continental Breakfast did not have many options and dairy free options were limited. Disappointing.

Helpful desk staff and comfortable bed. Very good location near centre. Some fixtures and fittings need upgrading in the bathroom. Breakfast adequate, but why the cheap single use plastic cutlery and paper cups and plates? Close to Metro and the area feels safe to walk around in at night. There are limited eating options at night but plenty of places open during the day..

It was not satisfying.The shower drain cover was broken so I couldn’t shower

Basic amenities were good. Breakfast setup was standard. The water pressure in shower was extremely low. And some fixtures seemed like they were loosing hold.

We had a late night check in and the staff was very kind and even gave us water bottles after walking from the Metro station.
Breakfast was standard Hampton breakfast with super kind staff greeting people.
Our room was fantastic! Super roomy and windows on two sides.
Then there is the location...perfectly located near everything you would want to see while in Washington DC.

Front staff told Mia I was in the wrong location. Did not offer to call me a cab, did not look it up properly. And actually I was in the correct location.

It was a great experience. The area is really close to the national park walking distance. I’ll definitely stay at this hotel every time I come to visit DC.

Hotel location was convenient if you are there to be a tourist and explore the area. There is no parking available, which was never stated before I booked hotel and we were charged 50 dollars a day to park at hotel. Over all staff was very friendly. Pool was super gross, merky and had a green tint to it. Also elevators were super sketchy.

Rooms are tiny. One elevator did not work for most of our stay. Tiny pool. Breakfast was typical. Valet could not drive a manual transmission. Hotel is convenient to the National mall and attractions in that area. Room we had was very quiet, clean and comfortable.

We arrived at 3:00pm, assumed our room would be ready for check in. Our room was NOT ready. Luckily, we had other family we could sit in their room. Our room was not ready until 4:16pm. We had a 6:00pm dinner reservation. One of the elevators was not in service. That made getting up and down extra time. The breakfast was nice and the seating was nice as well. The hotel was nice. The beds are VERY comfortable. It was a nice stay for the price, but could have been alot better.

Maybe it is because I was next to the lift and behind a busy office but not the best of stays. high noise levels as windows not sealed properly or that think. I have had more powerful showers from a dripping water leak. Everything for breakfast is wrapped in plastic - even a drinking cup, lost to be done for Eco-friendliness. Very basic overall but the staff were nice

This property lacked a lot in comparison to other Hampton’s. The bed was rock hard and squeaky. The bathroom walls were splattered and stained. Overall, as someone who stays at Hamptons often, I was not pleased with the room at this particular location. The front desk and valet were very nice and pleasant. The breakfast was horrible. The location was very convenient and easily walkable to most attractions.

Great property in the heart of DC. Hotel felt modern, great lobby area for breakfast, great selection. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Decor had a modern spin to it. Staff were attentive to detail and approachable for whatever you heeded. A great stay.

First class registration from valet to counter rep. Fast and easy. Nice change of pace from all the bad experience lately. Will definitely visit Hampton Inn when in the DC area.

The staff at this hotel are super friendly and helpful, from the front desk clerks to the breakfast staff to the housekeeping service. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfy. A warmer comforter would have been nice. Breakfast was about what you’d expect. Location is convenient to many bus lines, the metro, and the circulator shuttle that goes to Georgetown; we were happy that we had no need for a car and could easily get to all the wonderful museums via modern and comfortable public transportation.

Near Metro and busses, very convenient location. Not too pricey for downtown Washington. Valet parking was very convenient; price reasonable for a downtown area. Breakfast was basic; not outstanding, but OK.

Great location. Staff very friendly, and would answer and be quick with any of our requests. Close to a metro. Close to the monuments,museums and White House.
The breakfast was great, it started our day off well.

Place was clean and the staff were nice however the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the valet system was not functioning properly causing me to wait 40 minutes for my car without them even knowing I requested it. Was not offered any compensation for my time wasted.

First time visitor to Washington D.C. looking for a hotel close to the National Mall, surrounding Museums and U.S. buildings to visit.
Another requirement I was looking for was the hot breakfast severed everyday and this hotel met all my needs.

I really enjoyed staying at the Hampton Inn Washington D.C. the room was clean. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay there again.

Property had some challenges. AC did not work in my first unit and I had to change rooms. Maintenance was supposed to check AC during the day, but they forgot, so maintenance check and room switch did not occur until 10 pm. Also, the beds at this hotel have extremely firm (hard?) mattresses that I found uncomfortable.

I was given a great room...oddly it didn't have a refrigerator, but it did have a safe. I hate valet parking but both gentlemen that I dealt with were polite, kind and helpful. Breakfast was packed and there wasn't anything I could just grab like yogurt or a banana (only apples), but if you had time to make pancakes ;-). When I got home I notices my bill was incorrect and they fixed it without issue.

The motion sensor for air conditioning was an inconvenience. The air would turn off at night and get hot inside the room. Making for uncomfortable sleep. Otherwise it was all good.
