Very friendly staff. Room is clean and breakfast is delicious. Location is excellent,
right on top of a subway station exit. Convenient stores and restaurants are easy to reach. Landmarks such as red brick warehouse and china town are easy to reach. Definitely will stay here again if in Yokohama.

Staying at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Sakuraguchiko was a breeze due to its proximity to key tourist spots and the subway, making exploration effortless. The nearby Bashamichi Station, speedy check-in/out, and warm hospitality from the staff made for a pleasant stay. Plus, the hotel's laundry service and reasonably priced breakfast at 1,100 yen were convenient perks.
However, the aging mattress was a bit of a letdown as it caused discomfort, with noticeable springs, impacting the comfort over the 14-night stay. Yet, the room's view and easy access to amenities like Tully’s in the subway and a nearby grocery store were great for quick bites and snacks.
Despite the mattress issue, Sotetsu Fresa Inn Sakuraguchiko's prime location and nearby conveniences make it a solid choice. Improving the bedding and mattress would elevate the stay, but the hotel's convenience and proximity to attractions make it an appealing option for future visits.

It’s conveniently located just outside a train station. The staff could not really speak much English but if you could do mandarin it’s ok .
Enjoyed the 4 nights stay . They have free toiletries so that was helpful

The staff was great. The rooms were small but well set up. However, check in is on the second floor with a very small lobby area which became very crowded. We booked this property pre-cruise. We were able to ship our luggage ahead of time. It was there with no issues. The location was great; a 10 minute walk to the port and lots of restaurant options.

This is definitely a hidden gem in Yokohama. The train stop is right in front, so convenient. It’s walking distance from the carnival and from the cup of noodle museum and shops. I loved how the AC was amazing. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. It’s a local hotel, not much tourism so I loved it. The price I paid, was a steal.

Just minutes away subway Minatomirai line (metro)exit #3 and breakfast is optional but if you are going to easy pajamas morning that you can have the buffet ( little Japanese style for menu) that was wonderful also everything very close by you can go to cafe to get coffee and sandwich. The room is very spacious compared other modern hotels I would say. I started twin beds plus sleeping sofa and bay view that was great.

Excellent service, the staff is friendly and attentive. We had a small problem with the room, they were really kind about it and even upgraded us. The hotel itself is very nice. Beds are quite hard.

We stayed in two different rooms at this hotel. The first room was rather small, but the second room #704 was very spacious with nice views. The room has a separate bathroom and toilet as well. We stayed in this room for five nights and it was very comfortable. The staff was very nice, especially the restaurant staff who greeted us every morning was super polite and friendly. The location is great and right in the middle of the touristy area.

Very efficient, super clean, excellent service. Standard room is not big but comfortable and clean. I asked for a thinner pillow and they gave me one with no problem. Housekeeping is so perfect and clean. I'll stay there again and would recommend to anyone. Location is very convenient, close to subway and JR, also many buses.

bedrooms are a little outdated, but the location and staff makes up for what it lacks. Beds and pillows are quite firm, will be hard for people that likes soft beds.

The Hotel was located in a good location. Bashamachi station less than 5 min walk. Jr and Metro station about 10mins walk away whereby the shopping mall and restaurants.
The room was clean and spacious. Love the big separate bath and toilet with dressing table.

Staff were helpful and efficient. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Only complaint was the air conditioning, it either became too hot or too cold and just couldn’t maintain the temperature set. Booked 2 rooms for family of 4, would have been better if there are connecting rooms.

We had an amazing one night stay. Most of all, I am extremely grateful to the staff who kindly helped to courier over our souvenirs from the Cup Noodle museum to our next hotel at Tokyo. He/she went the extra mile to arrange a courier delivery and coordinated with our hotel in Tokyo to receive it plus helped me estimate courier fee so I could settle it on arrival and receive it right before we flew off. Thank you so much!

Stayed in a Bellevue room that was made to look like it had views of the bay.
The room was actually on the third floor with just the tops of landmark tower and ferris wheel barely visible.
The photos of views from the room are clearly from only the top floors and, most disappointingly, appear to be from before the giant building was built across the street, obstructing much of the view. Seems like they should update their photos to represent the current cityscape and maybe only designate the upper floors as "Bellevue" and charging a higher rate
Otherwise the room and facilities were fine, location is decent. Choose your own amenities style where you can grab toothbrushes, face mask, bath salt, instant coffee etc. From the lobby.
