Property is at a good location, in relatively good shape, great bed and shower. I would have given the property a 4 out of 5. However, the property forced customers to purchase a useless “breakfast + toiletry” package for $20 a day that wasn’t disclosed in the descriptions as they did with “resort fee” for $19 per person per day. Be aware of these hidden fees!

Great location & spacious rooms. Simple but adequate breakfast. Unit had a full kitchen with every utensil imaginable. Only thing I wished was better was the shower pressure.

Stay was great with staff and cleanliness. Bed was not comfortable though so I tossed and turned all night. Loved the patio area!

Gorgeous room which was a great size with a huge bed, sofa, kitchenette and bathroom. We opted for one on the second floor with a terrace so it was great to have the opportunity to sit/lay outside.
I’ve knocked a point off because breakfast wasn’t served until 08.30 and we like to be up and out early. Also, a very popular bar, Teds, is across the road and whilst the hotel is in a quieter part of South Beach, we were kept awake by revellers on both nights making a lot of noise outside the bar.

Overall great property only stayed overnight, close enough to beach and some stores but far enough from the crowds and loudness of south beach

Breakfast did not open before 8:30am which is quite late when you are awake since 5am due to the constant running noise from the minibar.

Did not like the bed whatsoever. Very hard foam style bed. Pillows were very flat and stiff. My body hurt after the first night and ended up sleeping on the couch the second night. Clerk that checked us in wasn't very interested in our questions about the area and simply told us good luck. But it is in a great area and we walked to everything easily.

A great hotel, well situated.
My only minor negative comment would be the small size of the breakfast area which a little cramped. The directors could use part of the reception area during breakfast time. Their choice of course!

The Blanc Kara is close to 5thm close to the beach and is very quiet and comfortable. Have stayed there before, and will stay there again. Beach access is a straight < 5 minutes to the ocean.

Cute little boutique hotel in a good location. The room was a nice size and had everything I needed, and the tea room and breakfast were very nice. It had a nice vibe and everything I needed for my visit at a reasonable price.

We stayed two nights . It was quıet, clean and very close to entrance door. They give beach towels, breakfast room is very cute and cofee is nice. We would definetly stay again. Ac was on louder side but did not bother our sleep at all.

The hotel was great. The people were friendly and helpful. Breakfast area was small, but food was good and filling. Most of the food is pre-packaged items, so don't expect hot breakfast. The rooms were nice and I love the fact they had a microwave for someone who never eats all of their food. They do have a stove and supplies if would like to cook and a full fridge. Beds were comfy. Plenty of dining in the area. It is quiet and off the strip. The walk to the main strip is about 5-7 minutes. I will definitely go back again.

This property was so cute I will stay here again. Only thing I didnt like was that the hallways had a weird smell but the bedrooms were great.

The manager at this property was very attentive to our cancelled flight, and made accommodations for us. He also allowed us store our luggage while we went to do an excursion even though checkout time had passed.

Felt like a family business, everyone friendly, efficient and very welcoming. The room was super clean, spacious and well equipped with a nice kitchenette. Price was reasonable for the location and I highly recommend it.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Blanc Kara. 10/10 recommend. The breakfast included is so cute, everyone is friendly, warm and very accommodating. The big pig restaurant across the street is phenomenal. walking distance to everything. It's our new favorite spot in Miami

I arrived early and they offered a place to put my luggage. They hurried to get my room ready. Room was even better than expected, clean, very spacious

This was a great stay. The room was very nice and the location was excellent! No kids meant it was nice and quiet, which was a bit of a surprise for the holiday weekend that we were there. The breakfast in the tea room was very neat and unexpected! Plus beach towels provided were very nice. All in all, it was easy to check in and out, and things were all just as expected or better. Highly recommend this hotel!

The AC it's extremely loud and could barely sleep at night

The overall experience was good. However the cleaning didn't clean out room for 3 days in spite of keeping the make my room tag out for 2 days. And they had the audacity to tell us they wouldn't do when we asked as it was time for them to leave. Not sure how that was our problem.
It's overall a good stay and close to the beach and restaurants.

The room looks comfortable and clean. Also, I like the breakfast served. The location is amazing because the beach is about a block away. Unfortunately, I have to remove one star because I was checked in to a room that was already reserved for someone else. There needs to be an improvement in logistics so a room wouldn’t be booked to multiple conflicting parties.
