The location is beautiful. Check-in is effortless and it's a quiet place. The room was clean with everything you need or want. It could use updating for sure, but is certainly good for the price. Would stay again for business.

Room was not clean, mold in the air conditioner vents, very dirty shower walls. The site/sound was nice out of the window.

Cute place but…room #10. Had to buy soap as soap dispenser was empty. Fan vent in bathroom disgusting. Fan ran but no air was getting through. Water buildup in shower (orange slime)comes off VERY easily and odvious never cleaned. No ice trays. This is the BEACH…one towel for each of us for 2 days… no way!! Only cream and sugar packet for 1 day…..come on Kees Vacations….if I see you again running any hotel, I won’t rent the room. Too bad too….cute hotel but managed poorly

Great location and the room was very comfortable and clean!

I will definitely book here again! The Inn was very affordable. Everything is easy to get to — I’m just personally not a fan of being next to a busy road. That is solely a “me” thing though. My stay was awesome!

Facility looks much nicer in picture. A bit run down looking. Needs some paint and shades on the first floor. There were cigarette butts all around the ground. As far as the room, we lucked out on the top floor facing the water in the back. There is noone on site so you have to call a phone number to get someone with the code to your door. I used my hotel points so I didn't spend too much. To its pluses it does have a microwave, and Keurig, there is a sink and fridge and some utensils. Overall room was good. Needs a little paint and cleaning

Poor conditions, internet was week so tv kept freezing even in clear weather. Water in floor repairman came and checked it came from the refrigerator but he didn’t clean up water. Dresser on wall without electrical outlet. Toilet seat was broken. I don’t think I need to go on.

My first surprise was when I arrived and there was no office. i had to call a phone number and be given a code which would open our room -- in four hours. Not the sort of thing I like to hear when I have insulin in the car which needs to be put in a refrigerator. There was no cleaning. There were no literature on attractions. The soap dispenser in the room was empty. Nor were hotel staff available to enforce noise issues when the college students next door decided to have party at 2 AM. There was, in fact, no service of any kind. The best that can be said for it is that it was cheap for a summer stay, and it was a clean room. If that's all you want, this will work fine. If you want anything more from a hotel stay, however, this is not for you.

Nasty, gross, smelly. A waste of money. Owner must be a slum lord, only after money and doesn’t care about the property or guests. Bet they never get repeat visitors. My wife and I didn’t even stay, we just left. Place is vile!!!

The property was dirty, there was no on site help available. Only contact was via text. It obviously was not checked as there was bait squid in the mini fridge that stunk up the place because the door did not close

Liked proximity to the beach and restaurants. The beds could have been better. Overall, good time!

Quiet and easy!

The room was fresh and the beds were comfortable white down comforters . Coffee bar, large bathroom. Views from both sides of the sound, fishing off the dock and pier out back. Excellent service. I highly recommend

Not able to access room. Called number posted and was unable to reach anyone to assist. So we had to go to a different hotel. Do not have refund yet. Kind of glad it did NOT LOOK SAFE.

Great Location

This an older property but kept well, the condo, rm 11 is a great size and reasonably priced for the area. Will again!

Always have a nice experience

It was a great and affordable place to stay. I definitely look forward to going back and making it a fishing trip.

After driving 100’s of miles i arrived an hour early and was told I could not check in till it was time even though the place was empty. It was kinda dirty and creepy looking outside so we left. I would not allow my wife to stay there

We chose the property for its location. That was fine but we had to change rooms to take advantage of the location,.

The property was very nice, room alittle small but it was clean and we slept well.

Loved the spot and view but disappointed in rooms. First room AC leaked the second room one of beds wasn’t changed, hair was all over in bathroom there was dirt on floors etc. Wish it was cleaner would have definitely considered booking again soon.

Very clean and comfortable

Nice views right on the water. Easy access. Door lock code failed 4 times. Wind and rain running through back door during Nor'easter. Floors were sandy on check-in. Coffee maker was filthy.

The view is amazing

It was cheap, you get what you pay for. Poor wifi, bad beds, tv that didn't work, soap dispensers that didn't work. The only plus is the bathroom, that was roomy and nice.

Updated rooms were nice. Could use another towel bar or a hook in the bathroom.

My husband and I came down for a quick weekend to do some shell collecting. We chose the property because of the location of where we like to shell collect. Rooms were very clean and updated except for the fact that there was a missing coffee pot. we had trouble getting in our door due to my error. I had to call the main office for assistance, and when I couldn’t reach them I called the housekeeping number. Both numbers called me back within 10 minutes and were very helpful and pleasant. For a quick overnight trip, this is a great property. My husband comes down to fish often and said he would definitely stay here in the future!
