Stayed for 2 nights. The front desk employees were helpful and friendly. My children enjoyed the swimming pool. The only thing that could have made the stay better was the breakfast choices on the 2nd day. The 1st day they had sausages and eggs. The 2nd day they they only had eggs. It would have been better if they had a meat choice on the 2nd day. I would definitely stay here again. Overall it was a good experience.

Comfort Suites in Minot, North Dakota was great. The bacon cheese burger in the bar and grill was pretty good too.

Pool looked like it needed cleaned, window sills in pool area as well. We did not try the food or bar area. Staff was friendly.

The room came with 3 towels and 1 facecloth. I registered 4 people would be staying. The room had a pull out bed and no bedding so we had to ask for bedding. We also asked for towels and was told we would have to return the dirty towels for clean towels. The breakfast was okay but nothing great about it. The room across from us had people coming and going all night. Someone was knocking on their door for 2 hrs before they opened the door at 5am

The hotel overall was quite nice. The entryway, hallways and rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The reason I could not give it 5 stars was due to the pool. First off, it was incredibly small. It felt cramped, even with only like 4 to 5 people in it. And the two slides left bruises all over our bodies. A few other family members showed us their backs, where their skin was scraped off! The slides were very rough to ride down, and it ended in the shallow area? Shouldn't a slide be closer to the deep end?
However, the stay was nice, and our sleep was deep. The rooms were spacious, and we did not hear many noises, even though we were close to the pool, and there were a lot of kids in the hotel as well.

Rooms are clean, staff was friendly, check in was easy. Only thing to complain about snow clearing in the parking lot would be nice. Salt on icy areas would be a bonus too.

Dirty, still food on floors from prior guests, toilet had pee all over it still, bed wasn’t on frame, bed frame sticking out into walkway, tv didn’t work.

Room was good. Our family loved the pool and slides. Only thing to complain about there was that the pool water and air temperature were both very cold. Made getting in a challenge but otherwise great. All but one staff were amazing. Polite, accommodating, and worked hard. The only exception was the gentleman who checked us in the first day. He was gruff and seemed annoyed that he had to deal with us, despite us being the only people there. Probably just having a bad day.

We chose the hotel because of the pool and waterslide for the kids. The water was very cold, but they had fun. Lots of kids in the halls up until the pool closed at 11 pm because, well, people with kids stay here for the pool. Great staff, and the continental breakfast was very good with lots to choose from. The pull-out couch bed won't win any awards for adult comfort, but kids wouldn't mind it. We'd stay again.

Hello,
I was very disappointed with the sofa bed. When we pulled it out there was a significant amount of food, crumbs, misc on it. Once I cleaned that up, it was so uneven the part closest to the couch was about an inch lower than the extended part. Coils were prominent and it was unable to be slept on. The hotel was full, so we didn’t complain, as there was no rooms to put us in. Very disappointed.

Room was left a little dirty. Watched the worker clean top of garbage can the. Wipe counter with same cloth in breakfast area. Would like to say Travis at the front desk was awesome. Probably the best I have ever had

We stayed here for two nights with our young kids, upon arriving discovered our room to be unsafe and unclean, staff quickly fixed the problem for us and moved us to a new room and we’re very kind throughout the process. Overall a very nice hotel and very kind, accommodating staff. We were overall happy with our stay.

Slides were enjoyed by kids many times . Hot tub was a good temperature , pool was a little to cold . Fitness centre had cardio equipment with some free weights. Juice machine wasn't working. Staff were excellent .

We stay at this hotel at least annually and this was our most disappointing. Room was not ready at check in time, but after a relatively brief wait we were able to get in. Room was nice and big as we except, but was not cleaned well. Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, and several other small things. Not enough to change rooms but disappointing nonetheless. Pool area was pretty good, though could have used a cleaning. Breakfast was from 6-9 am and we went down at 8:00 to find several items had run out. After we managed to find enough to eat some were refilled, but not the norm at this location. Overall OK stay, but might look for a new favourite on our next trip.

This is a great hotel but is failing horribly when it comes to the housekeeping in the rooms and overall maintenance. This hotel could and would be a five star if it wasnt so disgusting. The rooms are caked in dust everywhere. We changed rooms once and the second wasnt much better. I went and bought disinfectant and cleaned some myself just to be able to stay in it.
The free breakfast was decent but only goes until 9 then they start literally taking the food away when its still full of people eating. Why not just extend it another hour so its not slammed with people lined up to use the waffle maker? They only have one waffle maker and it was a line up the entire time.
Overall i was disappointed. I really hope they can get their house keeping sorted out and start properly cleaning the rooms. Looks likes its months to years of dust everywhere. On the walls, the bathroom shelves ect.

I never even got to stay here. I selected it because airport transportation was stated but when I arrived the front desk guy said they do not have not offered transportation. There is a mix up between the hotel and hotels.com. I had to pay for another hotel so I could get to the airport early the next morning.

We LOVE this hotel! The pool amenities are incredible for the whole family, and the front desk was very kind and helpful during check in. Will definitely be back!
