Great single room with en suite shower. This is a pub/restaurant/hotel but no noise disturbance even at the weekend. Staff all friendly and happy to help. Sunday roast was huge and very tasty. Would defo stay again if in the area.

Friendly welcome despite a minor flood that has just occurred. Nice room but a bit small and cramped en suite. Continental breakfast was fine.

Lovely rooms above the pub. We had both an evening meal & breakfast and both were good.
The main street in Bedale is lovely with plenty of shops & pubs.
Our room was above the street and there was a bit of noise from the street however this was mainly due to having the windows open as it was a warm night.
