Lovely weekend stay. Great value and easy parking included. Great breakfast included served fresh to order and all cooked beautifully. Warm welcome lovely view of sea. Only improvement would be thicker curtains as sun came beaming in at 4am! Takes around 20-30 mins to walk around harbour to East Looe and great choice of restaurants. 100% recommended.

The owner was incredibly charming and so helpful for us. We had a hard time with our phones and she was wonderful with helping us order food and ordering food and getting directions. I love the fact that it was a small Establishment and The service is very personable. Yes I would plan a trip back there if in the area again.

Lovely property to explore Looe & Polperro. The sea view is beautiful and right on your doorstep. The breakfast is yummy with lots of different choice. The owner is really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Free parking outside as well which is a great bonus!
