Room is clean. TV not working, all EV charging not working. Free breakfast is basic and Okay. Bread toaster takes over 5 mins to toast.

Overall is good. Only there are not so many food choices

There was construction on the ground; a bit dirty. Listed as ev chargers were available on-site, however non was in service. Overnight parking was $15/night. Staff was friendly. Free breakfast was good

Great stay

The staff was very friendly and I liked the property overall. However the main reason I booked this hotel was for the charging stations as I rented a Tesla. I was told that the charing stations had not been working for a couple of months, so that became a point of frustration for me both in regards to my time and additional costs out of pocket needed to charge the car elsewhere. That really should have been updated and removed from the property amenities.

Great hotel, stayed for one night so that we were close to the airport. Clean and functional.

Very clean and quiet location and the hotel. Staffs were wonderful to deal with. Breakfast included nice touch. Only con would be besides the Starbucks/subway and the burger place no other food option nearby. But we had a car so we no issue.

Bath shower is horrible it burned my skin water flow is slow it took 15-20mins

There were some maintenance issues in the room, the handheld shower head was missing, so water was shooting out of the connection when the shower was turned on. The privacy curtains on the window were missing, and the desk clerk said a lot of rooms had that problem. The hot tub / whirlpool was out of order. The remote control for one of the television didn't work. The room itself was clean and well furnished.

I had a pre-paid reservation for 3 days. I had to leave after one night due to a crazy amount of bed bugs; they were visible and aggressive. Add that to noise levels from highways that are just crazy. The front desk was not willing to waive the rest of the reservation. Do yourself a favor: look for another hotel.

Good standard hotel

Staff was great. Breakfast was also very good. Technical activation of the fire alarm at 3:30 am and 4:15 am was a bit of a shock, but staff quickly advised it was not an active fire.

The Shampoo and Conditioner and Body Wash Was Great 👍

Nice hotel, close to John Wayne airport. Easy parking, clean room and friendly staff. Pool area was a bit sparse and could use an update. Overall very good stay!

We were pleased with our stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Tustin. The hotel’s overall appearance is great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Room is clean and comfortable.

Our first impression was a good one — very clean lobby and public restrooms, and a very helpful staff. And that impression proved correct over the three night stay. We were very satisfied and would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

The bed was hard and uncomfortable to sleep. The pills were so flat it didn’t give my head support. Woke up with neck pain. And then the planes at night you can hear them. Couldn’t sleep well because of the noise.

No hot water in my room. Had to shower and shave with cold water. When I informed the front desk staff they didn't offer to do anything about it.

Everything is good except for the parking fee.

Hotel is clean. Parking is $15 per night (most hotels charge parking now). Starbucks and Subway you can walk to next door. Rooms have microwave and coffee pot, we didn’t use. Air conditioner works good, no issues. Rooms are quiet we didn’t hear any noise from outside or from other rooms. Bed wasn’t as comfy as I would like but it wasn’t terrible. Television was really slow. Had to enter my own Netflix account and took for ever to log off. Bathroom is a large, shower (no tub) good water pressure, there are soap dispensers with shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. Only issue I had was the shower floor can be slippery for small children, my daughter slipped. Should be fine for adults however if traveling with kids or elderly people place a towel mat to be on the safe side. Breakfast is very basic. Had to wait for them to restock food. Kitchen staff seemed annoyed and not friendly. There is only one toaster for the entire hotel, does take a long time to heat-up toast, ended up eating my food cold because it was stressful having people behind me waiting. Rooms are clean, no funky smells, it’s non-smoking hotel, complimentary breakfast, pool, hot tub, gym, good location. It’s a 3.5 hotel with enough amenities, okay beds, nothing fancy although breakfast is less than desirable. Nice enough for a short stay.

I spent one night with family trip and felt very comfortable.

It was nice to stay there for 2 nights. The hotel is clean. The area around is safe.

Great experience and very quiet. Front desk staff were extremely polite and very helpful. Will definitely be staying here again.

Quiet

Nice to have a choice of snacks available to buy. Breakfast hours should be consistent- one morning it was canceled earlier than advertised. Also the new hotel practice (all of them) of not emptying trash or providing fresh towels daily is not good customer service.

Very convenient, close to freeway entrance, very gracious staff, enjoyed pool and large spa, but fire pit broken.

The only thing we didn't like about it was that we had a reservation for 6 days and went we got there they said the didn't have room available anymore that the system was down, they were gonna send us to a near by hotel but they didn't have rooms available either. At the end they gave us a room for the night and the next day we got a new room for the rest of the days . Overall it was good.

Good hotel, simple breakfast options, but ok to start your day. Staff is nice and helpful. It’s approximately 30 minutes from the Laguna beach and 10-30 minutes from shopping.
