It was just ok. Nothing special and could be cleaner

The staff were very polite and helpful. A lot of steps to climb to get to the room. Upon arrival, I had to search around for a parking spot. Fortunately, with my HP tag, I found an available parking spot in the next block before moving to the hotel parking lot the next day. Overall, I did like the hotel.

I had to give this property a poor because our 2 nights here were very unpleasant. We were in a room on the 2nd floor and apparently the room(s) above us were rented to either a family with noisy kids or simply rude people. From 9pm -midnight on both nights it sounded like someone was dropping heaving things on the floor and it was going to come crashing through the ceiling on us. It was very hard to sleep.

Dirty bathrooms!

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and neat. The beds were very comfortable. The shower head and water pressure were perfect. The hotel has on site parking. The hotel is in walking distance of the beach and shopping. It was my first visit and i will stay there again for sure!

Average property. I have seen better and worse. Love the porch and location. Cleanliness could have been better.

Nice front porch and lobby. Cute and clean pool. Easy parking and check in. Room needs lamps a place besides bed to sit and a rand new mattress. Hirt our backs.

Very nice stay! Area was great! Staff was super nice! My only complaint was the bathroom and parking! Very very small! I’m a pretty small person (5ft) and I was very uncomfortable in the shower. The parking lot was very small and spots were super tight! However, was a great stay overall! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great family weekend at Ocean Breeze. We reserved a family room and it was roomy and very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Given the reviews I was a little skeptical, but overall it was fine. It is definitely no-frills and very old. If you're looking for something more, this isn't it. Rooms are very small and my main complaint was the bathroom. Super-tiny and in need of an update. Bathroom door didn't always stay closed, sinks are in your bedroom, shower was very very small. Towels are more like washcloths, TVs had limited channels. But, beds were actually comfortable and the hotel is in a great location. Staff was also friendly. Don't think I'd stay there again though.

Staff was very very nice, amazing location walking 2 blocks to boardwalk and beach. If i was staying for more than 1 night i would prefer bigger room and bathroom. Room contained everything needed and more (fridge,microwave,irons and hairdryers for the lady), just prefewr somewhere to read/chill like a chair/desk area. For a 1 night stay i would def recomend this cute little spot.

A retro-fitted dump badly in need of a total overhaul

The staff and manager were great. Let us do a late check out. Only complaint was our bathroom was very old and tiny. They offered to move our room. It’s a clean property with great staff but very antiquated. Rooms are extremely small. Just know it’s clean but basic. Staff is super friendly and accommodating

Very clean and spacious. The lobby had 2 couches and a Tv. Also had some tables and a very nice staff/crew when first in some rooms there will be towels shaped in birds/animals. And everything was amazing

This is a great little hotel in Ocean City for your short stay. It is within walking distance of the boardwalk and other attractions. The room was homey and nice, very clean with a friendly staff. Our only complaint is the cold water we had for the shower.

I had to check out, after I was in the hotel for about half hour, there were bed bugs all over the one bed! Just nasty! Will never recommend this place to anyone!

Fantastic location! Rooms were small, but comfortable. Bathroom was surprisingly large, but needed more hooks or racks for towels. Linens were mediocre, and there were no hand towels. Our room was supposed to have a fridge and microwave, but only had the fridge. Parking was great; lot right at the hotel. Overall, very good value for the price and location. I would stay here again.

The sheets were dirty and had human hair on one bed and beach sand on another one. I immediately reported it to the receptionist and it took her 20 minutes to gather service to have the sheets changed. I waisted my time with children standing in the room because there was no chair. They don’t allow early check in. No elevators and hallways & stairs were narrow and carpeted, very dangerous when carrying suitcases. The room key was an actual metal key, and only one copy. I was also told I need a $20 beach pass and was given a pin that was never needed. Next day when we showed up at 10:00 for a check out there was nobody there to get me my $20 beach pin deposit. A note was left to leave the key in a plastic cup and if needed to talk to somebody to walk over to another hotel next door. I did walk over and got my $20. The tiny pool that is advertised as a large pool was dirty.

The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The window air conditioners worked better than central air. It was missing items that all other hotels have: hair dryer, hand towels, face clothes, tissues, a coffee maker.

Room was 13’ x 8’ . A prison cell ! Water in hand sink was scalding hot most of the day , out of both hot and cold spigots . The blinds were broken . Not returning to this building . 500.00 for two nights this place is a joke .

Underwhelming in every feature: bed sheets not fitted so you wake up laying on the same bed as everybody else-gross!, the bed uncomfortable, usually spent 15 frustrating minutes looking for parking, the parking pass had your personal info on it such as name, room number and the days you are there- very poor privacy- no hot water in evenings, small rooms in poor repair, noisy door banging all night, 1 towel per stay per 2 people, bathroom was so small that they couldnt even fit the sink or light switch in there, few tv stations with poor reception and about 7 commercials every 5 minutes, front desk help was 17 year old girls unable to problem solve except Emma who was kind. Coffee wasnt made until about 830 am. It was just a room that we got in a place not updated for 30 plus years. The owners are obviously not interested in providing you with a good experience, just the absolute minimum roof over your head. I have never complained about the last 10 places we stayed but this was unfortunately the worst and kind of brought down the whole vacation experience. Beware

The hotel is filthy. Our room was never cleaned from the last visitor. Check in was at 3, we arrived at 4:30. The receptionist gave us our key to the 3rd floor room and it was disgusting. The sheets were still on and rumpled from the previous visitor, trash around the room and wet, dirty towels on the bathroom floor. I went back down to reception and she told me that they were having a hard time with housekeeping. She could have my room ready within an hour. By this time it was already 5PM. I asked for another room and she said they didn’t have any. I then asked for a refund and she had to check with her manager who said she’d refund within 3-4 days. Well not only didn’t she refund me, she processed the payment! I didn’t even stay here and they didn’t try to accommodate in any way, other than waiting on a housekeeper who “might” be coming within an hour. Unacceptable conditions. I am disputing the charge.

Great place to stay. Very clean. As expected for the money based on the location.

The extended parking the day we were leaving was nice once you were able to get on. Parking is a premium and difficult to find (quickly) without paying. 😎. The room had a double bed that was too large for the room. Large headboard blocked only closet, window and window AC. The room decor l? It didn’t have any. No personality to the room. No pictures nothing, just white walls. Had a dresser and TV. Small bathroom. Will not be staying there again.

They couldn’t guarantee us with parking. We couldn’t leave the vicinity due to not being able to find a parking spot. The room was okay. The mattress was uncomfortable and the windows had no curtains. Overall I wouldn’t stay at this location due to no accommodations and lack of parking spots.

Could use some upkeep. Staff was friendly (over the phone) but was running two hotels and never even saw her the entire stay. Rooms are very small for 4 people. Was supposed to have a parking pass to the guest parking lot but it was full so parked two blocks away & it was raining.

Classic old shore charm; no frills accommodations within primo distance to the boardwalk and downtown. Dawn at the front desk was awesome!

This was about the most disappointing hotel experience I have ever had. We had 2 rooms and a friend rented one of the first floor "apartments" - All three rentals were subpar. The one bathroom had a broken shower wand mounting bracket, so it would randomly fall - very dangerous. Also, that bathtub had full head height for only about 2 feet - beyond that, the ceiling slope impeded standing height from that point back. All 3 bathrooms were woefully outdated and the apartment had missing tiles in the shower. The A/C in one of the rooms was incredibly noisy, one had a melted high/low switch, so it was not able to be set, and the doorknob for one room fell off. Also, the apartment had a pronounced gas odor, so much so that our friend slept in one of our open beds. If this hotel had been less than $100/night, it might have been reasonable, but not at the rates we were charged. Ridiculous lack of updating to elongated toilets and reasonable bathroom fixtures, tile, etc.

The room was clean. That was the most acceptable part of our stay. There is a closet, or at least that's what I think it was supposed to be, but there is no bar in the closet for hangers, and no hangers. It's wasted space. There was no alarm clock or box of tissues, both standard in any hotel. We had to ask for washcloths. There is no ice machine. We were told we could go to the local restaurant and show our room key for a bag of ice. The toilet stopped flushing after being used once, thankfully, Dan was very responsive because by 6pm no one was around. The walls are completely blank. This place is as bare bones as they come. When checking-out on Sunday at 8:45am, the person behind the counter could not even look up from their cell phone. Obviously, the customer experience means nothing. We'll never book again.
