Nice big rooms, huge swimming pool, close to beach, staffs, food catering, room service, cleanliness, close to other eating places, security and reasonably priced.

Our air conditioning filter in our room was absolutely disgusting. My partner had to clean it. The floors were stained and black mould on the tiles near bathroom. The glass in showers were not clean or our toilet. Also if your in bed by 10.30 bring earplugs because there’s a band on next door.

Our group were extremely impressed with the excellent service from all staff. The property was beautiful and clean and we loved our pool access rooms. We were ripped off by a money changer and they helped us without any fuss. We will definitely be back.

A little disappointing. Not as clean as it looks. No sun on the pool .Most of the hotel under renovation. We paid good money before covid ,so most people got it cheaper than us .Breakfast just ordering, if you wanted something different than the 4 choices ,you had to pay extra. Overall we don't think we will be back

If the cleaning staff could start later in the corridor outside the rooms that would be great. Perhaps after 8am. I didn’t like being woken very early by sweeping with the brush on the rock area around 6ish.

A nice and modern hotel in a nice area close to the beach. Really friendly and service minded staff. The always talked to us by names, it felt so friendly. They did fix our AC really quick when we had issues with it. Really nice breakfast. Good for the environment that you order what you can eat even if they have some buffet. Had a dinner at ROMEOS as well. Really good food! Would love to stay again!

Had 30 day stay at the Ossotel and we all had wonderful stay. Lounging around the pool during the day and dining in the many nearby cafes or sitting on beach which is 2 minute stroll through the walkway sipping on cold Bintangs while the sunsets. The fabulous staff at the hotel ensure your stay goes as smoothly as possible.

Great price.location is wonderful,easy walking to shops and restaurants.The beach is out of the back gate and down the laneway.Staff bend over backwards to accommodate your every needs.Rooms are very comfortable too.

Had a great time at this hotel, the location did it for me, the staff were fantastic, very professional, courteous, everything is right outside the door, its 5min walking distance to the beach, Id definitely come back to the OSSOTEL HOTEL.

A couple of things that I feel could be of value to this hotel in terms of improving the guest experience. - The tiled floor in the room (213) is in poor condition & in need of repair to the large cracks. This was also the case in room 214.  - The prerecorded music which commences ‪at 0700-0730am‬ is un-necessary & audible in the room. I found it annoying. - At times, food & beverage either ordered by the pool, room service or at Romeo’s was slow to arrive. - As a person who likes good food, Bali is not in short supply of great places to eat, however the “buffet” breakfast is very ordinary, expensive & doesn’t provide value for money, all it does is provide a lazy option for a guest. Peloton Supershop (Canggu), Pison (Seminyak) Shelter (Legian) or even Nook (Umalas) are just a couple of better choices for breakfast. - Waste (empty shopping bags/empty champagne bottles) left next to the waste bin in the room were often not removed & left for several days until housekeeping were asked to remove them. - White towels were brown/grey & looked dirty & old, some were even torn. - The corner areas of the shower is growing mould & suggests it doesn’t get cleaned or repaired thoroughly. Overall I’d say the attention to detail needs some improvement as the hotel is starting to look/become old, however the staff interactions were always helpful, friendly & pleasant, but this unfortunately is not enough for me to book a return stay. Hotels such as Tijilli is a better choice with a sim
