Couldn’t ask for nice and friendly, very clean place and would stay there again

We had no hot water the entire weekend despite reporting this to the front desk both days. Our friends in another room had the same issue and it was never remedied leaving us unable to shower. This is totally I acceptable and unexpected for a Hilton. Never again.

Checked in just before 9. Exhausted and ready for bed! Faith welcomed us and quickly checked us in. My son was hyped up and Faith engaged with his conversation while helping me do business and get me to my room.
The next morning, Faith was still on site to continue convo with my son and even remembered his name.
Breakfast was stellar! Fresh and ready for grab and go. T was also phenomenal even though it was her first day. My energetic kept conversations flowing while asking a million questions as i tried to feed him and get him moving.
Lovely stay and kind, patient staff.
Hard to find location on Google maps but worth it!
Love Home2Suites and will always select them as my first choice in a hotel!

Staff was extremely welcoming, friendly, helpful and efficient. Cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. There was a cherry tomato, a dead fly and some food crumbs in pretty plain sight in the kitchen.

Live and dead bugs in the room. Sheets and pillow cases were dirty. There was a 1/2 eaten tray of pizza in the fridge.

Excellent stay. People at front desk warm and inviting on check in check out. Room lovely and large. Only problem was shampoo and body wash dispensers in shower both empty. Breakfast very nice, better than most! Coffee good and coffee very important :)

I was unhappy that our bed seemed rather small for what was supposed to be a Queen sized bed. A few things left is sceptical of the cleanliness. There was a random wash cloth left on the shower head which neither of us were certain why it was there. The vents showed dirt smudges. Staff was extremely friendly though. The items mentioned were not brought to their attention, they were observed and made our stay less than stellar.

Got there after 4pm. They said room wasn't ready. Check in was advertised as 3pm.
Supposed to have queen size bed. It was full size. There were three little league teams staying there. They were throwing trash everywhere. Nothing against kids, they were not supervised by parents.

My entire travel experience from Texas was a disaster due to weather. So by the time I arrived to the hotel, I had been up almost 24 hours, no food, no drink. Ashley greeted me and was pleasant, accommodating and nice. I originally was going to stay until Saturday but I needed to extend but there were no more rooms so I had to check out. However, Ashley did everything to make my stay comfortable providing water and hot pockets which for me after the day I had was like a luxury meal. She also allowed me to send her my boarding info to print so I could get a rental car (o yea, my other rental had a flat). I would stay again. Great stay.

The facility was very clean and modern. We enjoyed the breakfast, pool, and gym area. The beds were very comfortable.

I great find hidden in an industrial area. The front-end staff, and all of the staff we encountered were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. When we checked in, our room had an incredibly loud AC unit. We were moved quickly to another room. The accommodations are great and the room comfortable. a great stay overall.

Nice hotel equipped with everything we needed. The pool and gym were nice and clean. The included breakfast was good. Staff members are all friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. Front desk staff member Taneese was really nice. She went out of her way to make sure our stay was enjoyable and pleasant. Really appreciate their hard work and attentiveness. Will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Checked in a little early, and Tenice and Anthony at the front desk were efficient, pleasant and friendly. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and pool was warm enough to be pleasant. We would definitely stay here again.

First time at any Hotel2suites; spacious rooms, great to have a full kitchen & fridge & even the light preventing blinds got me to sleep the entire night. Very fast elevators were good to have as well. Hallways were quiet. Only real complaint we had was the breakfast. Very little in the way of breakfast choices & that was when we got down there 1 hour after breakfast started. Bagels or egg sandwiches. It lacked either a breakfast meat or potato.

Check in staff (especially Ms Ashley) was very welcoming and gave detailed information about the site’s amenities. The area is quiet, though not really walkable to places to eat or shop. Very clean. The pool was colder than I prefer, but enjoyable. This location hosts youth baseball teams (seemingly regularly) who took over the pool area for a bit during our stay and they seemed to enjoy themselves. Because of these large groups, finding availability to get a breakfast table was a bit tricky, but time it right and you will enjoy your meal. This location is quiet and is a good choice for families, groups and tourists. I would stay here again without hesitation

My father stayed here on New Year's Eve. He has some mobility issues and was able to secure an accessible room. The housekeeping staff was AMAZING. They walked him into the room, showed him how the TV, bath, lights, curtains, etc worked. Front Desk was terrific and he love the breakfast. In a world that is so hard to find people who care and smile - Home2 Aberdeen excels!

Great folks working there. The room was nice. Needs more attention to overall cleanliness. Smudges, peeling paint, hair tangled in towels, and dirty window blinds are just a few examples of needing attention. I like the location but more attention to detail will go a long way.
