If you really need a place to stay near the ferry, then go for this one. It’s near and you wont need to worry with the hassle on the commute

Everything you’d need in a hotel. Plain simple and all you would diver need.

Pulled back the duvet and found 4 hairs in the sheets, of varying lengths and colours!!.....same in bathroom.

It was a quaint but cute outdoor entry motel with a very surprisingly cozy interior. No air conditioning in the room but outside temps were fine for the night

Cleanly older property. In quiet area. Very convenient for early morning start on a journey too or from.

The property didn’t look like much online but we were so pleasantly surprised by the comfort and practicality of the Horseshoe Bay Inn. The room came with thoughtful touches like a high speed fan, and the front desk professional was so courteous, she provided me with a hairdryer no problem. Our social calendar filled up with just one chat with her as well. Clean room and great shower! A must stay!

We appreciated the convenience and accessibility of the property. The property is quite old when the carpets are quite old, but we did appreciate the firm bed.

For the price, i would have expected to have A/C in room, clean carpets and less "rustic" furniture. I know, it's Horseshoe Bay and there aren't many other options, but ...

It's everything you need out of a motel. Rooms are great, bathrooms are great, service is great, area is great. Honestly no complaints I'm not a local so I can't comment too much about the price, but it seemed like a fairly low price compared to other options in the area at the time I was looking

Very nice staff, nice bathroom, very clean, parking in front of the room.

My 12-year-old son and I enjoyed two nights at the Horseshoe Bay Motel. Despite the building being a bit old, we felt comfortable and safe in the quaint village. It was quite hot during our visit (July 6-8), which was not the best without air conditioning, but a big fan provided helped to cool us off and we ultimately did OK once things cooled off outside and we had the fan blow in cooler air through the front door. We slept well in the comfy beds and we didn't hear our neighbors much. We enjoyed dinners at C-Lovers and Olive & Anchor as well as people watching on the waterfront and an easy drive to Capilano Suspension Bridge Park. The motel was nothing fancy but a nice couple of nights on our roadtrip through BC. We'd go back, if in the area again. :)

This property was booked to reviews previously read. I wish I used my gut instinct and looked elsewhere. The beds are super hard and very small (double only). The GFI kept tripping when we would plug something into it. Multiple burnt out light bulbs and the door didn’t lock.

Good location but expensive for what it is. The lack of air conditioning was a problem as the late afternoon sun had heated up our room to an inferno with only a fan to try to tame it. The windows and door door were open to help with cooling but that meant every person walking by could look in … 😒

I just loved the character of the place, the gal on the front desk was lovely to deal with, very personable and friendly, the room was spotless and quiet and had everything we needed, it was nice to be able to sit in a comfortable chair and enjoy our morning coffee, overall a lovely stay, thank you.
