The front desk were the perfect balance of friendly professional and knowledgeable. When circumstances changed and I had to lengthen my stay they helped out in every way for my dog and I to remain in our room and at the same rate. Housekeeping was always there to help us but we did not use their service every day. Breakfast was fresh and hot.

Our stay was great. The staff were friendly. We didn't have soap or a glass in the bathroom, but that was quickly resolved once we mentioned it. No problems. Thanks all.

We stayed here maybe a year or so ago to visit our daughter at college…. It was a newer hotel at the time… it has gone way downhill.
First - the folks at the front desk couldn’t be nicer!!
But the condition of the rooms & grounds are awful.
The ceiling in the bathroom was literally falling in. The AC/heat barely worked in the room - so there was no way to try & get some air flowing to try & vent out all the pot smell.
Doesn’t seem like anyone is maintaining the outside - cigarette butts & trash all over.
Whoever is responsible to maintain this place is clearly failing. It used to be a decent less expensive option for the area.
Not coming back that’s for sure.

Excellent stay. Wonderful breakfast. Bed was decent just a little firmer than ours at home. Spacious. Close to Costco and Fred Meyer, a couple of our favourite stores. 😊

Well located, just off freeway and close to shopping, restaurants and was easy to find. Free breakfast was the best we have experienced. Rooms very nice and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

Check in was very easy. Front person( sorry I couldn’t remember her name) was very friendly and got our room very quickly.
What I didn’t like was the hallway on our floor was not vacuumed. Dirt and debris on the carpet as well as crumbs

The staff was wonderful. The temperature of the room we stayed in was either very hot or very cold; the thermostat could not be regulated. This was room 410 in the Bellingham, WA location.

Overall, the hotel was nice, but the gym had very minimal equipment and while having free breakfast is nice, the breakfast was the same thing everyday, with very overcooked scrambled eggs, soggy potatoes and sausage.
The staff was very friendly and the hotel and grounds were in OK condition.

The staff were amazing and helpful. However, the hot water was terrible. The water in the shower was barely warm and we were told that is because the hotel was full. We expect Hot water when we shower.

Standard hotel for the money. Breakfast was good with real eggs and sausage. There was something wrong with the water heaters and we could not get a hot shower no matter the time. The water was cold or lukewarm only. This was the most disappointing thing about our stay. Some of the furnishings/paint are quite worn, with water stains in the ceiling, for example. Staff were friendly and responsive.

The service at the front desk was great. The room was okay—comfortable but could have been cleaner and the laundry detergent used was a bit too heavily scented for me.

Property is clean and staff was very nice. The breakfast was good with different options to choose from. This location is close to shopping and it's very convenient to have a grocery store in the next parking lot.
