The property manager “Jay?” was excellent. Knowledgeable about the area, recommended places to explore and eat. He also helped his staff out and worked in different areas of the hotel. All staff has excellent customer service skills.

This may have been the first time ever that I stayed at a hotel and absolutely zero complaints. The free breakfast was insane, the room and the lobby were kept cold, everything was modern, free use of computers, 2 elevators, extremely comfortable beds and the staff was always interactive and friendly. Will definitely be back.

It was very basic and served the purpose for our stay. Older style hotel, but it was clean. The only thing I didn’t like was that we weren’t given any fresh towels for our 2nd night; we had to ask and wait.

Unfortunately, i didnt have a pleasant stay.
The hotel itself didnt smell clean. The carpet needs to be pulled because its dirty and smells bad. The rooms were not thoroughly cleaned. There was crud on walls and door to room. My room had little black bugs crawling everywhere, the sheets and pillow cases were dingy and worn. The fee i paid for the 2 nights i was there was not worth it. I have stayed in much cleaner, rennovated and friendlier staff for less. The lady on Saturday morning breakfast server was very rude and unfriendly. She did not like her job because she showed it. The manager on duty Saturday did change my room because of the bug infested situation but the room was still not as clean as it should have been. Needless to say, this was my first and last time staying at this hotel.

The breakfast wasn’t very good and the staff working it was not friendly at all and it wasn’t stocked. And the room wasn’t very clean.

Upon arrival we were charged $10 more per night that what was quoted on Expedia. I had seen other people complain but had hoped they had corrected it.
Expedia is supposed to be sending me credits for the issue although I haven’t seen it yet.

The staff was friendly in every way. The room is clean, spacious, comfortable, and the bed was JUST-RIGHT. The breakfast was outstanding, with pancakes, 2 kinds of omelets, pork and turkey sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits,gravy, jelly, honey, 4 types of fruit juice, coffee, and dry cereal as well as yogurt. We never had to wait for an elevator or a luggage rack.

Property is well maintained, centrally located (beaches, dining etc.) quiet, and clean. Staff was very friendly. I only had 2 small gripes... The toilet in our room wouldn't flush (staff responded & fixed quickly) & the shower didn't get as hot as we'd like. Minor gripes aside... I recommend this hotel & I'd gladly stay again 😎

Everything was great here, except some of the guests. There were several families who just let their kids run wild until 11:30PM, which caused me hours of lost sleep. Front desk just apologized but did nothing about it. The kids were running back and forth in their 2nd floor room and jumping off the bed onto my ceiling. Inconsiderate foreigners.

We asked for a disabled room. Bathroom was large but the toilet was not raised nor the shower a roll in shower and had no shower extension to bring down.

The facility and room were fine but the check-in process was strange at best. The hotel had already charged my card before I arrived even though I had not chosen that option through hotels.com. They also charged an additional $100 damage deposit at check in—the first time I’ve ever had a hotel do that. The clerk at the desk was unable to get the key cards to work. The first set didn’t work at all and on the second pair, only one worked. It’s sad because it is a decent little hotel but staff and procedural issues made me unlikely to return.

I reserved my room a month in advance from Friday 6/3rd - Sunday 6/5th. I called to make sure it was ok to check in late since I would be arriving Saturday morning at 3am. I was told since I was arriving so late I had to pay for Friday as well even though I wasn't coming in till Saturday. No problem, and I paid the deposit to make sure I would have no problems. We arrived there Saturday at 3am. I get a call to my room at 11 am and was told it was time for me to check out!!!! Who ever checked me in at 3am messed up some kind of way. Glad I had my reservation confirmation which clearly stated from Friday - Sunday. I had to wait for the manager to except my receipt which they did. They never came in to clean our room nor empty our trash. We had to constantly ask for towels. We also ran out of toiletries. Not a good experience at all.

Really enjoyed staying here! The staff was very polite and friendly. The hotel was very clean and the complimentary breakfast was delicious!
I did have to speak to manager Thomas twice regarding the ice machine and the security cameras and both times he made me feel like I was bothering him, annoyed that I was speaking to him. Everyone else was great.
