Very nice hotel with a convenient access to the station. Our room was only one level below the observation deck level. We had a great view of Hamamatsu City. The room itself was spacious, clean, & well-maintained.

The hotel is a short walk from Hamamatsu Station. It is the tallest building anywhere nearby, so views are impressive. Great luxury hotel experience that's still unusual outside of the biggest cities in Japan.

Excellent large rooms with great amenities. The view from the 42nd floor is spectacular.

The facility needs updates, carpet, and bathroom. The view from the room is excellent because our room was on the 39th floor. They charge per person, not per room.

An older but very elegant hotel. Many of the employees spoke English and all went out of tgeir way to help us. Discounted parking underneath the hotel. Great location, close to many places including the shinkansen and local trains. Excellent for a romantic weekday, large enough for a family trip

My room was smoking room, even I'm not a smoker. And I'm not sure because of the smoke, I felt really bad and had skin issue during the stay.

Over-all, it was a pleasant stay except for their breakfast ¥2400 which has a 10:00 a.m. sharp, cut-off. Stayed on a Sunday (three day holiday weekend) and they expect ALL people to take breakfast early? We came in at 9:45 and was told that they would have to take everything away at 10:00... paid a $50 breakfast for 2 and rushed you to select and have buffet in less than 15 minutes...?!!! What the heck!

I had been staying this hotel for couple times. This tome I booked a premium comfort room which on the very high floor and able to see the sea/river. I normally would like to open the curtain and let the natural light came in the room and I enjoyed being wake up by the morning sun shine. The room is cozy and equipped with capsule coffee maker. Overall I love the room very much!

The view is excellent because of top of skyscraper. The hotel is getting exhausted, but cleanness is fine. The service level is so-so, but, it is not reached “Okura - one of the most famous Japanese hotel chai - name.

Amazing view of the city, very pleasant check in experience, very clean room. Only downside was that the air conditioning was pretty weak even when set on max air flow.

Overpriced hotel that is quite dated with very uncomfortable beds. The location was excellent however

You probably expect a nice hotel, but aside from the view, it's just an 80s style old-ish hotel. Beds are hard, nothing is spectacular, and for the price, I was expecting more. Breakfast is average, the pool and weight room have separate fees... save your money on something else nearby

Fantastic view. Really spacious room. Immaculately clean. Comfy beds, Ideally located for the train station. Everything you want from a hotel.

Nice, clean hotel right at the station. Room was decent size and comfy. Only issue was the hotel says it has an indoor pool (which it shows in the photos) but when we went for a swim we were told we need to pay extra. This is NOT noted in the ameneties tab in hotels.com only in the small print. This needs to be updated as it is misleading and dissappointing for me.

Great view and location. Room and bathroom were large by Japanese standards. Staff were friendly, respectful and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

One of the only things about this hotel was its location, right next to the train station. The other was the fact it was by far the largest building in the city and you could mostly always see it to not get lost. After that, I wouldn’t stay again. Over priced, old and tired.
