One night stay, great service. The room was clean and nice

This was a last minute reservation. The price was perfect, breakfast was decent, the front desk staff was very nice and helpful with our questions. We were able to play games in the updated lobby, sad that the spa still was not working.

Went for our anniversary hoping to use the hot tub. It is our 1 time a year we splurge. Got to the hotel and seen a paper that stated sauna and spa were under repair. It also stated that you could cancel reservation with no penalty. Since this was middle of spring break there were no other choices with a spa for us to go to. I wish we had received a notice before we got there so we had a chance to find somewhere else. no compensation was offered which was disappointing.

It was good. As long as you dont eat their waffles or biscuits and gravy. We'll just say the bathroom was a frequent trip i had to make throughout the day for me and my daughter. The room was clean. The beds were nice. Only things were the other guests jumping around above us late at night. Staff was friendly as well.

Excellent customer Service, helpful with dinner recommendations, the lobby and front desk was welcoming and festive, fantastic complimentary breakfast, and proximity to the bay. Highly recommend to stay at The Garibaldi Hotel!

We thought this was a good value for this region of the Oregon coast. Our only unfulfilled wish was a better breakfast. Microwaved eggs is never a good idea, and the only breakfast tea they had was decaf.

Our experience was excellent. Check in was smooth and easy. Jeremy at the front desk was very helpful and even gave us fresh cookies right out of the oven. Room was spacious and comfortable. We highly recommend this place. Very close to the depot for the Christmas Train.

Checked in with a really rude man behind the desk, but the gentleman on the morning shift was very pleasant. Spa was broken, no heads up before booking... Pool is not heated. Elevator may or may not work for the 3rd floor. Bathroom door only opened halfway before jamming into the floor, it needed repair. Bathroom fan didn't work.
Beds are comfortable and room size was nice. Fridge and micro in the room.

It was close to crabbing! And it had a pool and a hot tub. The pool was cold and the hot tub was broken. The breakfast was ok it could use some more protein!

This was a very nice hotel stay! Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was clean and in good condition. There was parking in front and back of the hotel for easy access. The breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast. We were a bit disappointed that the hot tub and sauna were closed but they were upfront about the closure and offered a full refund of the stay.

The location is very convenient. Dog friendly. The address is impossible to find on GPS. it’s across from Chevron. Sauna/spa was closed but they would offer free cancellation at check-in if it was a deal breaker. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was mostly grab and go plus waffles.

I've stayed here before and the bed was perfect! However this last time we had room 302 and the bed was awful and needs replaced. My only complaint, otger than the mayress in that room its a perfect place to stay. Must eat at the Pirate cove restaurant too!

I reserved a king size bed but ended up with a queen, which made for a sleepless night. Need new pillows also - very thin.

Our visit was very pleasant, comfortable and we would definitely recommend. We were treated extremely well at check in which included warm cookies. We played cards by the fireplace in the lobby. Beds were comfortable and room was clean and quiet. Perfect!

Clean room, comfortable bed, and a really terrific shower! Nice staff, especially the Scottish gentleman. I've got nothing but glowing things to say about our stay. If I had to come up with one wee negative, is say there want enough room for the number of guests at breakfast. Awesome stay though.

Property was nice. Room clean and adequate. Described as premium bedding- certainly wasn’t. Flattest pillows ever. Staff nice. Nothing much to do/ see in Garibaldi. Not many options to eat.

This is a gem of a hotel! Super clean, everything works, really friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, nice clean pool, comfortable beds, no weird odors or cleaning-chemical smells... Just a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommended.

The inside was clean. There was no one at the check-in desk and I waited 5 minutes until someone showed up. This was after I rang the bell on the desk multiple times. The outside was old and worn and the plants in the pots outside the door were almost dead.
