We had a very nice room. Had trouble finding the light switch in bathroom.

The hotel was quiet and the service at reception was efficient and friendly. Room felt clean (ish).
The breakfast area was fine, not great. Could see staff sitting in the kitchen on their phone, yawning while some food needed replenishing.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Only issue was extremely low water pressure to our room on the 4th floor. Made bathing difficult.

Hotel was great and room was comfortable it the paper thin walls meant the kids running and screaming through the halls very late were loud. The guest in the room next door was coughing up a lung in the morning and we had the pleasure of hearing all of it.

Very convenient location. Check-in very quick and friendly. Very quiet after neighbors settled in. Very clean room and bathroom. Soft towels. Hotels.com amenties said there would be a fridge for our room but there wasn't. Excellent breakfast. Wifi was reliable. Will stay there again.

The counter staff was wonderful. They were nice and accommodating. Place was very clean and there was free breakfast until 11. (Later than others). The water pressure wasn’t there but it worked.

Room floor was dirty and sticky when I checked in, and the housekeeper had to come mop the floor. The in room coffee maker is filthy. Also, the front desk staff were rude and unhelpful when it turned out that the room did not have a refrigerator as had been advertised on Expedia.

The room was a handicap room. And the handicap features actually got in the way when trying to shower. The shower also had almost no water pressure. There was fecal matter on the wall next to the toilet. The Kleenex box in the bathroom was empty.

There was trash in the parking lot. There was left over fast food left in the fridge from a previous occupant. There was no regular coffee pods. All this make me question the overall cleanliness.

We have never experienced a more arrogant, rude, and unconcerned hotel manager. He seemed to be completely unappreciative that we were staying at his hotel. We witnessed him being extremely rude to multiple other families that were obviously staying at the hotel with their children who were playing baseball. While I was trying to work with a colleague in the lobby, he came in and turned off all of the lights in an effort to get us to leave. When I spoke to him he was incredibly rude.
