Meh. Walls are super thin you can hear everything all night and people walking up and down hallway. Not worth the cost

It was a clean room, and the staff was very friendly. There weren't many restaurant options in the area that were within walking distance, so it would have been nice if the hotel provided lunch. A continental breakfast would also have been great.

The shower handle was broken, and the coffee maker didn’t work. Other than that it was fine.

I don’t like the fact that hotels charge you for self parking. It should be included with your stay

I thought the staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel was clean. The jacuzzi was a bit dirty had a lot of sand and maybe needs to be updated on the fiberglass. I thought it was odd to charge for parking when there was plenty of parking and hotel was low on capacity, I could understand if the location had a parking garage and if Valet was needed but that's not the case at this location. However, overall, it was a nice stay. relaxing.

It was really nice and the rooms are clean without molding. I thoroughly was impressed and loved the surrounding area. The staff were really nice!

This stay was really good! Place is clean and staff is nice and helpful, my only issue during my stay was the loud noises in the middle of the night coming from the room upstairs.

Checking in was simple, finding the hotel was easy. There was plently of parking spaces, however, as other reviewers stated, parking is not free and it costs per day. If that wasn't annoying enough, at night when you're coming back to your hotel, they have security checking cars for parking stickers before being allowed to the parking lot, usually a long line and overall uncalled for. They take their job very seriously and aren't very friendly guys. The room itself wasn't bad, it seemed to be clean enough and did include a microwave and mini fridge which are bonuses when staying at a hotel. There was a distinctive smell on the sheets and covers, maybe the detergent they use but it wasn't pleasnt and they felt rough and dirty. The bathroom sink would fill up easily so you couldn't run water at full force. One of the things I hated the most was the outdated TV, it was not a smart tv and you could not log on to any devices, like a firestick. The cable service they had was trash and limited channels. The housekeeping was attentive though. Overall, not a terrible experience but could have been way better.

Parking is not free, no complimentary breakfast, the commentary items are in large containers that are broken so it doesnt dispense anything and house keeping is every other day.

The hotel was clean but the room options are either heat traffic on the 405 on one side, or hear train whistles on the other side. I could not close the blackout curtain in my room because the pull bar was broken off. The cover for the AC control was also broken.

Very clean, staff was friendly. Rooms were nice and they beds were comfortable. I love staying at this Hilton as they always provide great service. Thank you all for being amazing. See you next time I’m in town!

The hotel was good , clean and comfortable.

The bed mattresses were terrible in Room 138; very uncomfortable, low to the ground - sleepless night…. Rug old and coming apart. The room and bathroom we’re spacious, it no counter space in the bathroom the sink couldn’t even hold a cup

Terrible Wi-Fi

The room next to ours had very rowdy and rude guests. We called the front desk. The noise stopped for 5 minutes and began again. The issue was domestic however it was very alarming and disturbing @ 2am in the morning. Slamming doors, fighting and screaming.

Second time at this property coming home to San Diego after a concert in LA - staff (Alex) was very friendly, the room was impeccable, the bed was heaven, but the best of all was the power/pressure of the shower - it was awesome

House Keeping knocked on every room and fire alarm. No breakfast included. Large group of people were being arrested upo. Arrival

Loved the hotel, very cleaned. I just didn’t like that they didn’t have room service. We were told they did, but when I called to front desk, they said they didn’t. But other than that nice place to stay.

This property stated that they have a Tesla overnight charger but that is not true.

The two issues were the jacuzzi was not working and they ran out of shredded cheese. Had a large group there and it would of been nice to soak in the jacuzzi after being on our feet all day. And, the omelet cook ran out of shredded cheese for the Monday omelets and did not let us know when ordering, had to send omelets back.

The property is well taken care of, clean and convenient. Rooms are very nice, well equipped (more USB ports would be nice) and quiet. Very nice hotel. Dining options for breakfast are good. Bar is open in the evening.
