Good Hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast seemed limited but was hot and tasty. Coffee maker was broken so had to use machine in room. Also one room of three didn’t have hand soap and front desk had trouble finding some. Staff were pleasant and as helpful as possible. I would stay again but would ask a few questions before arriving.

Every thing was great, this was our second stay the breakfast was great and coffee was hot we give them an A.

The property was well appointed, clean, and convenient for a traveler. Check-in was quick and easy as was check-out. One small suggestion: Make sure to include some kind of fresh fruit on the breakfast buffet; the hot ingredients were fine.

It was convenient and quiet. Room was clean except for the shower. The shower door needs a deep cleaning where the door slides along the track at the bottom.

Great stay!

This was my first time to stay at this hotel. Everything was wonderful. Driving to Albany as a partway stop was so much better than driving through Atlanta. We will stay at this hotel in the future on our trips south.

Our room wasnt ready at 3 pm. We had to wait until 4:30 after a long day of traveling we were exhausted. Then we were offered a hearing impaired room or our wait for our room we booked would take longer. Then we walked into the room and it was hot and muggy. In the early morning we had to get ready to leave and when taking a shower the tub wouldn’t drain. I had to get out or it wouldn’t have overflowed. My husband and grandson couldn’t even take a shower. I called and they said maintenance was not available that early to cone take a look. So we had to leave without showering. Very disappointed! Wasn’t offered for our room to be discounted or credit for another stay.

Staff was amazing and very accommodating. There’s an indoor pool we weren’t able to use because of us getting in late, but looked clean and ready to be swam in! Great morning starter breakfast and felt safe!

My stay here was not bad, one of the better hotels in the area. But, working in construction, and on a weekly stay, the fridge is like a college dorm fridge. The room was spacious and clean. And the continental breakfast was good. I'd stay here again if there were better weekly amenities in the room. For 1 night it was good though.

Hotel was very nice. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was very quiet, and that was great because I was just there a short while as I was on an extended trip. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. Would definitely stay here again!

The outside esthetics are nice and the lobby is nice but the room was not worth the money I spent. The sleeper couch had burn marks, the AC unit was broken, the bathroom was not as clean as advertised, the sink is falling apart. I took photos of everything. I would not recommend.

The property felt over priced. Breakfast was not worth having.

I made my reservation through Expedia without issue. On the day of check in, someone called me from the hotel at 446p and again at 447p. I missed the call, but called back at 450p and got no answer. I got there and checked in about 20 minutes later amd asked about the call but got no explanation. I did not go up to the room to check on it because i had a family event to go to. I got back to the hotel with my brother (who was also in from out of town) and upon getting to the room, found they had not given us the room i booked. I booked a room with two beds and they gave us a room with one. I talled to the manager the next morning and she was able to verify the desk workwr jad givem our room to someone else at 426p. She said she couldnt refund anything since i didnt make the reservation through them, but assured me she would "make it right" by instead giving me points on my IHG account. Well, she lied and didnt do that. If you make reservations at this location, dont expect to get what you paid for and if they mess it up and ypu call them out, dont expect them to make it right
